We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!

I arrived at the place and they never answered the phone so I didn't have to stay at the place. This Charge should not be made to my card. They didn't respond to me on site

Where so sorry about your inconvenience. We were having problems with our telephone company, and incoming calls weren't getting thru. We will issue a refund. As soon we notify Expedia group, wait for a few days to see your reimbursement to your card.

They took great care of the facilities, but the trailer we rented smelled like a port-a-potty... not sure there's any way around that with how it's built, and it was an affordable choice with good amenities otherwise.

We booked it, arrived at check in time. But we could not get in. Called the number listed, no answer. A local friend tried to message them, no answer. There was no info sent to us for check in instructions. We had no choice but to leave and find a different place to stay. We would like a refund.

Al inicio tuvimos dificultades, al llamar por teléfono siempre sale la grabadora y no responden a los mensajes. Cuando llegamos nos atendió Olga, muy amablemente. Al entrar al cuarto nos sorprendió la limpieza, bellos detalles y buenas facilidades. Todo muy bonito, gracias por todo, definitivamente volveremos.

La propiedad estaba limpia, accesible y en excelentes condiciones. Tenía todo lo que se pudiera necesitar para una buena estadía. Verificar si va a llevar mascotas porque tiene un cargo de $20.00 la noche mas IVU.
