Beautiful house centrally located in Ponce. Right in front of Plaza del Caribe Mall and just a couple of minutes from every major highway which will take you anywhere you want in Ponce. Two minutes away from restaurants, movie theater, hospitals, etc. Get to La Guancha in two minutes and enjoy local food, a walk on the beach and outdoor activities. Drive 5 minutes to downtown Ponce and enjoy beautiful architecture like the cathedral, Parque de Bombas as well as more restaurants and rich culture.

It was hard to find the location of the house the first time. Tried to calles the owner two times and never picked up. The house is closed to everything Plaza de la Delicias, Castillo Serralles, zona histórica (10 min drive)

Parking accessible and noisy neighbors
There was a lack of parking space, and the neighbors even thought they have they're own parking they choose to park in my space and side way so nobody else could park there. Very loud neighbors first thing in the morning. Other then that the owner was very communicate and the house was clean and organized.
