great house in a great location
We stayed here with 2 families, including 6 elementary aged kids. The proximity to the beach was great, and it's plenty close to a good-sized grocery store. The house was clean and welcoming and had plenty of room and a well-stocked kitchen, and the kids enjoyed the bunk rooms. Grown-ups all thought the beds were comfortable, too. The beach chairs and body boards in the garage got a lot of use! The best part was the responsiveness of the owners when one of the AC units had trouble on Sunday evening. They had a guy there first thing Monday morning to fix it, which we hugely appreciated.

The owner is thoughtful. The house is beautiful. Theres Girl's Room and a Boys room. Then, a suite upstairs, an en suite master with shower and deep tub, and another en suite downstairs. Toys for the kids. Volleyball net and ball with lighted area. Washers, ping pong and foosball. Just a short walk to the beach. We'll be back again.

Family Gathering
What a great place to gather with family and friends for the holidays! Good Vibes and Tides is exactly as stated and pictured, and perfectly suited our needs. Mo is an excellent host who responded to our questions/concerns almost immediately. The Christmas and palm tree decorations were a surprising added touch that made it fun and festive for our grandchildren. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future get-togethers.

Amazing Beach House. Great Host
I hosted a small mastermind business intensive for 9 of my clients and the space was perfect. Enough beds and bathrooms for everyone to feel spacious and comfortable. The house was just as described and fully stocked with all necessities to make you feel right at home. We did have an issue with the internet but the host was quick to respond and resolve the issue. All the ladies that attended were truly impressed and all wanted the information to book themselves. Definitely will be back to book again!

Summer Vacation 2022
We loved our stay. The check-in process was smooth and all information regarding the home and surrounding area is provided for you shortly before your arrival. This isn't our 1st stay in the area however, the welcome packet opened our eyes to things we hadn't before discovered. The house is as descibed and more. Our family spent as much time on table tennis and washers as they did at the beach. The owner was very attentive to our needs and very communicative. We would highly recommend staying in this home.

GOOD VIBES & TEXAS TIDES IS THE BEST!
Sitting on the shaded balcony for hours watching and listening to the waves roll in is most enjoyable. The beach home is nestled in a great location within a short walk to the beach and its floor plan was awesome for my family of 10 with room to spare. Grandkids spent hours at the beach, collecting shells, and riding in a golf cart rented from Crystal Beach Golf Carts located nearby. Would definitely stay at Good Vibes & Texas Tides again. Great vacation house!
We loved this house. From before we checked in, the owner communicated that they were having the AC serviced just because it was so hot that weekend and had an extra window unit installed to push more air and cool the house down quickly. She was a fabulous host and the house had everything you would need for a trip. Clean sheets, clean floors, towels, etc. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would book this one again.

We have stayed in VRBO listed houses for the past 16 years. This has been, by far, one of the best experiences we have ever had. The house was beautiful and very accommodating. We had a 2 generation family gathering here. Loved the layout of the house with 2 bedrooms down and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The beds were all comfortable and the a/c kept us cool. I’m glad they have filtered water and ice with the frig. We really enjoyed the games in the garage space.

I started visiting Texas as a little girl because my Grandma and Grandpa would drive out to California to get me and drive me all the way back with them. Every summer we would spend a week at the gulf coast where Grandpa would teach me to fish, we’d share stories, eat cornbread and the day’s catch and make memories. Excellent property! Lots of extras in bath and kitchen. Fun outdoor games and BBQ was almost new! Owner was super nice and flexible...she would have fit right in our group! We had some rain but it was always sunny inside. Highly recommend!!!

Best VRBO Experience Ever
Even better than expected. Great location, less than a minute walk from the beach (all paved). Beach/ocean views from the front of the house. Homeowner has turned the garage area into a downstairs game room, complete with tv and ping pong table. Volleyball net set up on side-yard of house. All available to the renter. AC works Great. One of the best parts of the rental was the interaction with the homeowner. She proactively reached out prior to our arrival insuring we knew how to contact her in the event we needed anything. By far the best VRBO experience we have had in over 8 years of vacationing on Crystal Beach.

Great Property and Excellent Host
This house is clearly well taken care of and was very clean. Bedrooms and configurations of beds easily gave everyone in our family of 16 a place to sleep. The host was one of the most available and had the best communication out of many properties we have rented. The kitchen and dining room are a little tight for the number of people we had but we made it work. Extras included an open outdoor deck with lots of seating, a fun space downstairs with a ping pong table and a volleyball net, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Lots of place to park cars. (we had 9!) Overall a great house and would definitely rent again.
