an anniversary visit and business revisit.Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Absolutely everything .
Cons: change the menu very good Carpaccio but give other 0ptions otherwise stunningly good , desert needs a savoury option ..cheese or a non sweet option.
Location: Calm excellent wonderful terrace . Congress centre is walkable for those who can and need it to prepare and unwind.
This is an exquisite beautiful and very individual hotel. The staff are the huge asset of this hotel, they are unique . Five star hotels pale into insignificance as the usual nice nice bland insignificant approach. This is a special and very individual hotel with wonderful staff . As an anniversary you are wonderfully looked after. As a business visitor you are very subtlety and gently cared for. All hotels could learn from this place ..

Hotel Le PalaisPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The staff were all very helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was also exceptional.
Location: The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the main town. The hotel was able to book many excurisons, we choose where and the hotel reception organised.
The hotel has been refurbished and it is of a very high standard. From the minute you walked into the stunning reception area every detail of the hotel and our stay was brilliant.

Five days in PraguePosted Jun 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
All of the staff were excellent. The hotel restaurant manager, Miroslav, was outstanding...very attentive, multi-lingual, congenial, professional and always doing all he could to make your experience special. The quality of the room was excellent and the housekeeping first class. The free in room bar was a plus and even the shoe polishing service was appreciated. We would definately return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for high quality service in a quiet environment. But be prepared for alittle walking so bring comfortable shoes. The tram and metro are reasonably convenient; the metro was particularly modern and clean. Just ask the desk staff for tickets and directions.

the free mini bar was a nice touch. great place, nice room. people claimed it was far. it was not right in the center of things but getting back and forth was quick and easy. the hottub was luke warm, my only criticism.

Friendly, NicePosted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was our 2nd visit to Le Palais and once again we couldn't really fault the hotel. We were lucky enought to be upgraded, room was reasonably spacious (not the biggest I have stayed in), decor suited style of building, bathroom was clean and large. I personally found the mattress on the bed a little hard, however my husband slept like a log! Nicely stocked 'free' mini bar, replenished every day:) Location: a short (15min) walk to town, slightly longer on the way back as its up hill most of the way! Surrounding area is residential with a few nice bars and restaurants. If you are looking for the full on nightlife Prague has to offer, then don't stay here, if not and you really do want a fabulous hotel for couples you should stay here.

The only place to stay in Prague.Posted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Location just outside the busy center with shuttle, also valet parking and a safe area. Do not recommend to stay in the city center.
Location: This hotel location is excellent. Also be very careful with your hand bags and carry on. There are pros everywhere looking to prey on tourists
My experience in Prague was not great. But despite the fact that my handbag with 7 credit cards and my license was stolen at a fine restaurant, I have to praise the people at at Le Palais that serve us and help us during a difficult situation. Specially the manager and Jordi in the reception desk . They made the stay at Le Palais the best part of our visit to Praha.
