I really don't understand how they rated this hotel as 4 stars ? No customer service at all Room is really in bad conditions No water or mini bar inside the room Bath and toilet are not togather and shower tap not working. The bed no comfy at all So much noice from the motorway Breakfast is really bad and not so many vagitrain options there, breakfast was full of pork. I'm very sad and disappointed

I was sorry to learn that we did not meet your expectations on this visit, especially as it relates to the service, breakfast and rooms. First of all, our hotel is a definitely a four star hotel with proper international certification, usually are our guests really satisfied with our rooms and our breakfast. I can assure you that our showers are working. If you wish to have a minibar then you have to book our business rooms. Furthermore, we have many different options at breakfast not just pork, but if you have some special dietary requirements then you have to let us know in advance. Bacon and sausages at the breakfast are for sure pork which is absolutely normal, however nobody is forcing you to eat it. You can choose eggs, cheese, sweet pastry, bread and so on ... many different options.. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope you had a great time in Prague and we would be delighted to welcome you back. Nice and easy!

What a 4 starry nightmare.
The so called "4 star" hotel served us stale breakfast. The hotel staff couldn't provide me with an adapter for American socket plugs. One lady at the reception said she was not aware and I have to come in the evening, and then when I came back later in the evening, the other guy put a box in front of me full of electrical equipments and asked me to find what I was looking for. Yeah great 4 star service. This place is far away from the city center. The rooms are decent sized but the wifi is so pathetic that you will pull your hair out. There is a strange concept of "change in service" at the reception where they will put a "15 min pause" sign, after which no one will talk to you and if you ask again, they will give you a stare and point at the sign. I asked for a beer at the counter and the lady in charge gave me a reply, "Please wait, I have to serve coffee to 10 people before getting you the beer". The bar was clearly understaffed. The breakfast they served was clearly not fresh and was not even eatable. My wife got an upset stomach after eating their cold salad. Luckily i just had the toasts. I have seen such kind of service and even worse hotels. But no one would dare to call and price themselves as a 4 star. Clearly a disappointment and a very bad end to my trip. The only good part was the cab I requested was on time and came with a fixed price to the airport (850 CZK)

The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. They only gave us one fan to help with the heat. The breakfast buffet was not very sanitary there was a bug in my fruit.

A lot for the money you pay
We spent three memorable days in Prague. Mostly picked the hotel because there is a car park but the hotel was quite nice. There is a nice restaurant and a bar near by. There is also a park for a walk just down the road. The hotel is far from the city center but taking a taxi is not that expensive, just remember to take the phone number of the taxi company because just taking a random taxi back to the hotel can be expensive. The only down side is that there is no air conditioning in the room and it was really hot when we where there.

Little far (20 min) nice hotel.
This hotel is little far from the city center (Old/New downtown), still is 20 min by train and bus (or after midnight 20 min bus plus 10 min walking). Clean, affordable, decent breakfast, spacious rooms, large parking lot and friendly personnel. I think within its category is a good place to sleep and explore Praha. I cannot say nothing else but only good things of this place.

I decided to stay in this hotel due to its location (close to tataabiocenter). Condition of the hotel was ok (it was clean and neat but my bed was not very comfortable). As for the personel it depends there was a very polite guy at the reception for night shifts, also cleaning ladies were smiling. the rest of the personel gave me not so good impression.

Rezidence Emmy liegt im ruhigen Prager Stadtteil Kunratice nahe dem Waldgebiet "Kunraticky les" mít vielen freilaufenden Wildtieren wie Mufflons. Mithilfe des ÖPNV ist das Hotel gut erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Medizinischen Institut IKEM (so heißt auch die Haltestelle des ÖPNV) Das Frühstück ist reichlich und lecker. Leider gibt es im Hotel keine Möglichkeit der Mittags und Abend Verpflegung. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein vietnamesisches Restaurant und am Eingang zum Kunraticky Les ebenfalls ein Lokal. Ansonsten läuft oder fährt man in den Ort Kunratice oder nach Prag wo es ausreichend Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten gibt.

War 2017 schon mal in dem Hotel,da war noch alles gut. Jetzt ganz schön herunter gekommen, farbe blättert in den zimmern ab, die Lifte geben furchtbare Geräusche von sich. Frühstück war sehr enttäuscht, da gibts in allen anderen Hotels in Prag ein wesentlich besseres Frühstück. Kein Rührei wie man es kennt von cz Hotels, brot war alt und sehr wenig Auswahl.

Gennemsnitlig hotel, ingen aircondition
Lidt slidt og gammelt hotel, ingen aircondition, så vi blev nød til at åbne alle vinduer da der var 27-28 grader uden for. Personalet var flinke. Parkering må ikke ske uden foran hotellet, så vi fik en bøde. Men den blev annulleret, da man kunne holde gratis fra 06.00-06.30, så vi nåede at køre inden.
