“Watch for the Small Print”
We reserved a room at this hotel on our final night of our vacation to allow our teenage daughters some fun in the waterpark. After travel the entire day, we waited at the desk for someone to greet us for over 10 minutes. After that, we found out that the restaurant was closed so we had to head back into town for dinner. Once we returned, we found out our daughters could not use the waterslide because a lifeguard is off duty early in the evening and would not be back until morning. We had to take off early the next morning so the waterslide was inaccessible and a disappointment. The hot tub and basketball were fun though and the rooms were very clean. Just disappointed and our expectations of a fun end to our vacation were not met.
“Excellent accomodations in Prairie du Chien”
We were very pleased with the Country Inn and Suites. Rooms were very inviting and comfortable and hotel as a whole was very attractive and very well maintained. We really enjoyed the free breakfast - it was much better than the "free breakfast" that may other hotels advertise. As long as we are traveling to Prairie du Chien, we will stay here.
“Exceeding all expectations”
We rented neighboring rooms with our son and his wife. All of us were extremely pleased with the appearance, upkeep and staff of this Country Inn & Suites. There was a very nice little pool for little children with a slide and little water fall. The adult part had a large slide and an area to play with basketballs. The breakfast was better than expected and all included in the good price. We would return there for sure.

“Great Staff”
We loved the staff! The woman behind the front desk directed us to a GREAT spot - Pike's Peak. Our waitress was great and so patient with our big group splitting our checks - very confusing, but she was lovely. The woman in the breakfast room was very sweet and on top of keeping everything in supply. The only drawback is that we somehow ended up in a really smelly smoking room. I didn't even think they had those anymore. The front desk gave us a good spray and luckily the windows opened. And the fresh, warm cookies are always a nice touch.
“Friendly Staff!”
Staff at the hotel were so friendly! Beds were quite hard, but it was a great place with warm, fresh cookies to greet us when we came in!

Nice place to stay lots to do for the kids lots to see in the area, great staff, clean rooms
