They have a contract with the railroad and these people were coming in and out at all hours. Not restful.

Disappointed
Furnace was not working, they fixed it. Bed squeaks terrible every move and wakes you up, phone making noise and didn’t work just took off hook, room is dirty. Other guest hair on floor, wall by trash can filthy, went to make coffee and still had other guest pod in maker. Went to wipe up water drip on floor and paper towel was very dirty from floor….. just disappointing for spending $150.00 for a room that is dirty and not comfortable.

I am really sorry you had this experience. I wish I would have been aware of this at the time. With only a first name and no room number and no stay of date, it is hard for me to figure out which housekeeper cleaned this room. We are always praised for our cleanliness; I would like more info to figure out which housekeeper if possible. Again, my apologize. Thank you Shelley Shaw

None of the local restaurants would deliver food to the hotel. It was always out of their coverage zone—even those within five blocks of the Hotel. Other delivery services were not offered by those restaurants either.

Motel was well updated and staff was friendly. Nice breakfast selection. Hot coffee a travel necessity for my group. Only somewhat negative comment was the cleaners used had a somewhat strong smell to me.

We know the night evening check in man stoled our credit card number's and tryed to make 5 purchases some 3 times via his computer, therefore we had to cancel that card . Try to let this motel know this is totally unacceptable

Cold breakfast stuff was fine, but the hot breakfast was substandard; the bacon was overdone and the eggs, or I should say, the egg thing, was awful. The coffee choices were better than average for the area.

2 hours after checkin our room keys were deactivated and keys were given to 2 men upon their checkin. They walked in on my daughter alone in the room. Major security breach that was unacceptable. Housekeeping was MIA during our 5 day stay. I would have preferred access to trash receptacle to get rid of daily trash instead of leaving outside the door, which would sit overnight.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. I know I apologized several times that evening. I know it did not rectify the situation. I do still feel terrible for that for what happened. There was definitely reprimands for that. As far as the housekeeping I did go back through their records, from those it did show there was a do not disturb sign on the door for 2 days of your stay, it shows they did the room on Tuesday a DND on Wed. & Thurs. then they did the room on Friday. If this is not correct please let me know. Also I do apologize for the situation again. Thank you for staying with us and I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
