The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only downfall was the pool, it is very small, only 10 people are allowed at a time, and the whole room echo's horribly. There is no hot tub either which was a bummer.

Was a nice stay until the morning when we had to be checked out by 11am and its 9:40am and called housekeeping because we had no towels to be informed we would not be getting towels any time soon

Ive stayed at alot of hotels in my life and never have i Encountered such great customer service. The 2 woman at the front desk were ao over the top helpfull (not the fake type) im talking about truly so helpfull i would never stay at a differant hotel and i would tell every one about this hotel

I was disappointed that your free wifi was not working during our stay. Also our key cards did not work for the pool or exercise room. We had to have an attendant let us in the pool area.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but I did encounter one who wasn’t so pleasant and helpful. I stayed for days and had to request for trash cans to be changed, new towels, and for toiletries to be replenished. It was inconvenient for a family of four. I saw bugs near the breakfast area. Gross. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was very nice. I was very unhappy with my room however, as there was no hot water, and the deadbolt lock was broken. It was not up to the standards. I’ve always experienced at Holiday Inn express.
