Very convenient when flyingPosted Jul 2, 2014
Very convenient when flying and spending the night in San Juan. Rooms are small but adequate. Baths are small. Breakfast is like most and OK. There are also places to eat without taking a taxi which works well. In our room we could barely hear airplanes. the one problem was the air conditioning was on COLD only. The room was 58 degrees when on the warmest setting.

One night in San JuanPosted Jul 1, 2014
Cons: Number of hand towels and washcloths. It seems to be set up for 1 person but 2 of us slept in a queen bed. i prefer my own towel.
Location: It's a quick taxi ride to restaurants and sightseeing so it's very convenient for less than a day in San Juan.
We arrived late afternoon from St. Thomas and had a flight the next day back to the U.S. mainland. We were looking for convenience. The hotel is located in terminal D. We had arrived in Terminal A and had to walk with all our luggage to D. C was undergoing construction so some of the walk was outside (not too comfortable). It would have been nice if the airport had a shuttle between terminals. The hotel lobby isn't obvious, the signage indicates you go down 4 steps and then around to go up a ramp and down a corridor to the lobby. The signage should just direct you to the entrance inside the terminal, across from the check-in gates, especially if you have a lot of luggage, since going up and down a few stairs can be a daunting task. Generally the hotel is conveniently located. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful and the breakfast room was clean and pleasant. It works well if you only have a few hours in San Juan. We took a taxi into town for dinner, then again in the morning to do a little sight-seeing before our flight. We flew out of D so it turned out to be very convenient for us. I would recommend it.

Ideal for airport hop-over - nothing else.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Excellent if you have an early flight and don't want to see the sights of PR. No other reason to stay here though.

Disapointed!Posted Jul 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
We asked for a wake-up call and never received; no do not disturb sign in the room and the maid bang into the door like if we were intruders.

FreezingPosted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the convenience of being right at the airport.
Cons: If you are not going to let individuals control the temperature in the rooms, at least let them open the darn windows.
My room was ice cold when I arrived. When I called the front desk they informed me that the air conditioning was not under their control, but under the control of the entire airport. There was no heater and the windows were screwed shut so they could not be opened to let in some of the 90 degree heat from outside. Everyone I came in contact with at the hotel complained of the same thing. Freezing.
