A 100 year old traditional family home perfect for quiet getaways and gatherings. Recently renovated, making it a great spot for anyone who's creative or looking for a meditation or yoga retreat. The location is very close to the hanging bridge and the famous Kuttalam waterfalls. Well equipped house with a private gated entrance and private gardens. The serene atmosphere for anyone looking to get away from the fast paced city life. Other nearby attractions include Jadayu natural park.
Oldest traditional kerala house (100 years old) with most modern facilities in the middle of Punalur town surrounded by undisturbed nature close to schools, hospitals, railway station, oldest suspension bridge built in 1877 ( a monument of national importance) and eco tourism centres. The Kallada River, hanging bridge and Jatayu natural park are very close the heritage house has many picturesque spots that attract tourists in Punalur. The Shenthruni forest which is part of the Thenmala Eco Tourism is also another attraction of this town. You can go for hiking and mountain biking here. This place, thus, becomes an excellent spot for adventure lovers. The spectacular Palruvi Waterfalls and Old Courtallam Waterfalls are among the other attractions.
