Im the person that always looks at the reviews but never writes one but I feel I have to with this resort It was amazing!! Everything from the staff so many options of food the whole place just felt really safe 5 days wasn't enough for me and my kids first time visiting punta cana and we felt in love After looking at so many resorts im so glad I choose Dreams Flora 🙌 it was literally a Dream for us 🙏

We just completed a 7 day vacation at the property. Overall it is a great property with good food and great service. Johan, our concierge, was excellent and made us feel at home. We also took the snorkeling trip with Sea Pro. Alfredo, JJ, and John provided an excellent and fun trip.

The resort was beautiful and close to the beach. The water park was great. Staff was very pleasant and some of them are a outstanding. We didn't like how the property/staff was always trying to sell additional services. The beach party had some music that was inappropriate for kids (bad language). The evening shows were nice but the dancers were not dressed for family events. We also didn't appreciate that the French restaurant was only tailored for adults and for this reason we were unable to enjoy this restaurant.

If you are used to 5 or even 4 star hotels, this will disappoint you. The service personal will help you but unlike a 5 star, they try to avoid helping you. The food is not good even in the priority area. It is seems it is based on the lowest food cost possible. No shrimp, no crab legs, no lobster, no filets....cheap all around. The grounds are well kept and the butler really tried but he was very limited. It's very overpriced for the value. Its ok overall at best.

The property was nice; however, when checking out of the hotel a staff member attempted to double charge me for my stay despite being showed my back account with the approved transaction. This almost caused me to miss my flight. This was disheartened and inconvenient, it made me feel like she did not believe me despite showing proof.

Very nice resort, the most friendly staff you’ll probably ever encounter. Pools were always clean and the property was very well maintained. Food options were plentiful and the food was excellent across the board. Only complaint I have is not booking direct. Expedia charges full adult rate for a child where as the resort doesn’t so that a was lesson learned.

The hotel is very pretty. The rooms were excellent; comfy bed. They made up the room everyday which was wonderful when traveling with kids. The staff was very friendly and everyone spoke English! The only complaint was the food. It was terrible. Choices we plenty but the quality was poor. Overall we had had a good times and the kids really enjoyed it.

The options for dining were abundant and we found Portofinos, Seaside Grill, the buffet, and Teppanyaki to be the best options with delicious food. The beach is amazing and there is direct access from the resort for water activities like snorkeling, parasailing , etc. The wait staff is super attentive and our butler, Arjenis Nuesi, was amazing in meeting any needs we had. He even set up birthday celebration decorations and arrangements. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I highly recommend this resort.

This property was newly renovated and is being very well maintained. The staff was very attentive and our bulter, Arjenis, gave us exactly the right level of service. He was there when we needed anything taken care of. The buffet had great food and the Seaside Grill was our favorite restaurant.

The property was on the small side, but it was fine. There should be a policy on reserving lounge chairs as most are "reserved" by placing towels or something on the chairs very early in the morning for hours. Furthermore, we did not appreciate the sales pitch when we tried checking into the hotel. After travelling for half the day, we wanted to check in quickly and get to our room, but the front desk tried to sell us to upgrade and tried to haggle on how much we're willing to pay...after that, another person told us about the coupons that can be used when paying for extra services, like massage, premium wines, etc...

Don’t stay near the night show. It’s loud until 11 pm! Also, much construction happening near the beach (now likely done) but was very loud. Beautiful beach and great staff! We had a great time and May return.

Great place , we enjoyed it , We dtayed 17 days , only disappointing thing we had that out of 17 days they did not clean our room 5 times and i had to call each time and complain. Food variety was ok , nothing wow I would sat on scale 1 to 10 i would say 7 I probably would not come c Ome back to same resort as it did not meet my come back standards . Staff was very nice Gabriel and Juan were awesome , we loved these guys .

Henry from the el patio best waiter ever. Franklin best waiter ever in Himitsu. Julio hands down best chef on site Vanessa is great at the entertainment side of things. The place is fabulous and clean very nice 5 star in my opinion

The resort was very nice but I’ve been to better resorts the food was not that great they did not have much variety. I had a bell boy which was a sign to (US) which never came to see us show us around. Two days in we had issues with wifi and tv in our room had no service. They upgraded our room had same issue no tv someone was to come next day to repair the issue no one came to follow up. At this point we just wanted to enjoy our stay and not stress.

1. The hotel is Hyatt property it open its doors in March/2023. 2. Work done on the property was sloppy not consistent with the hotel been newly remodeled. 3. I called the Hotel 2 times prior to my arrival to confirmed we would get 2 beds. 4. We got there and they gave me a room with 1 king bed. 5. I purchased preferred status and got a butler her name is Madelyn Diaz. She assure me it would not be a problem just stay in the room. I would get switch the next morning. 6. Next day came I did not enjoy it because she told me to keep on my phone she will have the rooms ready by 1 pm. It was 5pm when the room was ready. I had to text her 2 times to see what was the status. 7. It was my grandson birthday she promised to do something special in our new room. She never did. 8. She is the worst butler I ever had - I had seen reviews the hotel was bad. But I can confirmed the service of the preferred is not worth it. 9. Perhaps it was because they give you a paper key and tell you is $200 credit you can use in the spa or excursions is free money. But reading reviews I knew it was for their time share and I did not go. 9. The food was good and staff were polite at the restaurants & bars. Also the cleaning lady was great. It’s a nice hotel but not Hyatt quality yet. 10. Perhaps Hyatt has yo read the reviews and go by the hotel and see the service. 11. Our butler MADELYN DIAZ did not check in with us to like they promise for the price you pay.

Great tropical hotel
The hotel has a beautiful tropical theme that makes it peaceful and so nice to see and walk around. The service is grear, the food is very good and with variety, the coffee shop very good as well. Our favorite restaurant was the Himitsu (asian) with the show, Jose Feliz was very nice and a great cook. Marcos was also nice. The buffet had a lot of variety for every taste and the service was also quick and friendly. We would repeat and recommend this hotel.
