The property was on the small side, but it was fine. There should be a policy on reserving lounge chairs as most are "reserved" by placing towels or something on the chairs very early in the morning for hours. Furthermore, we did not appreciate the sales pitch when we tried checking into the hotel. After travelling for half the day, we wanted to check in quickly and get to our room, but the front desk tried to sell us to upgrade and tried to haggle on how much we're willing to pay...after that, another person told us about the coupons that can be used when paying for extra services, like massage, premium wines, etc...
