“Although this place doesn't look like much, I found the accommodations to be exactly as expected. The property we stayed in was in good condition and was quite clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was sufficient enough for me to cook some of our meals while there. “It was very clean and inviting inside. There’s no real kitchen but it had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom is very nice! Smart TVs in the rooms. The windows face the back yard which is very green and we saw a mother deer and her faun grazing. Fantastic experience!”

“I’ve rented many vacation homes and this one is definitely in the top TWO. My first time visiting Washington and knew I didn’t want to stay in the city. “Super location and clean home. It was overcast the weekend we were there, but the views of birds and the water were still lovely! Easy check-in process and very responsive and kind property manager. “My room was located in the second building (behind the main building). The room was clean and quiet. The decor could use a refresh, but the bed was comfortable. The value was good for the accommodations. The price was about half of what it would have costt me, where I normally stay when I am in the area (Two nights = $200, versus $425 at the other hotel). There is no breakfast, no pool, no gym. I didn't need those amenities and would rather save the $200 it would have cost me to stay in a place……
