This was not known until check in. The lady at the check in desk just mumbled, "I guess they hadn't changed that on the website." The manager was supposed to call me about this but he didn't. We would not have booked this place had we known there wouldn't be breakfast. Based on the photos and description, we believed we had booked a room with an in-room jetted hot tub. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we had a standard room and that the hot tub rooms were no longer available. Additionally, the property was presented as a secure hotel, but in reality the rooms are motel-style units facing a busy street. There was also no breakfast offered, either complimentary or for purchase.
