Excellent Hotel for family Spa Break
Excellent stay at excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was just as advertised the roof top bar and sauna area was great

Nice sauna bad hotel
Long waiting time for checking in and checking out. You pay for everything from parking to sauna (last day). The sauna is good but definitely the price for the hotel is too high for the service you receive.

Clean, comfortable, modern and efficient
I occasionally use this modern hotel as an overnight stop and it is always clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and the English speaking manager is charming. They have a bit of an issue with noise - there are a lot of solid surfaces and nothing to absorb sound - so not so great for light sleepers wanting an early night or those hoping for a lie in in the morning.

Nice rooms
Hotel had nice rooms however spa is fully nude - in which I was not aware of. Resturant/room service quite pricey. Accidently booked room under one name instead of two and had to pay 65 euros extra despire having a double.room. Included breakfast was good.

This is a Top spa resort the rooms are well appointed some with great views of the lake. The roof bar as a nice terrace with spectacular views over the lake and mountains in the distance. Food faultless like eating in a Mechlin star restaurant every night. The actual spa fantastic a wide variety of treatments I highly recommend that you make a visit here

Relax a while
I really liked the location of this hotel. We had a good view from our room and the size of the balcony was amazing. There is also a gorgeous view from the terrace. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. When the A/C in our room didn't work, we were given a new room, so we appreciated the good service too. The spa was also nice. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of dead bugs on the walls/ceiling. It was understandable since bugs flew in whenever we opened the door, but the maid service should be on the lookout for cleaning them up between visitors. The free minibar items were a good bonus too! The wifi worked well. The breakfast was good too.

Fantastic hotel. Great rooms restaurant and spa. But was charged for an included in the rate parking. And front desk staff has refused in an extremely rude way to cancel the charge although i presented an email with confirmation. Thats exactly the way how to lose good clients

Bademäntel und Badetücher sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Essen in der Saunawelt zu teuer für die kleine Portion und die Qualität. Toilette im Exquisite Zimmer dunkelrot gestrichen und kaum Licht, furchtbar.Balkonaussicht auf Baustelle. Massage top, leider nur 30 Min anstatt 2 Std wegen Krankausfällen der Therapeuten.Frühstück super.Saunen, Bäder sehr schön, Ruheräume nicht sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet bis auf das neue Gebäude.

Ein wunderbares Spa Hotel ! Sehr freundliches, und aufmerksames Personal ! Nette Reception. Sehr sauberes, und ruhiges Zimmer. Tolle Betten, und weiche Duvets. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet mit sehr grosser Auswahl. Grosser Vorteil ist die Frühstückszeit täglich bis 11:00 Uhr. Lift von Garage direkt auf den Zimmerflur. Kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen ! Ohne zu zögern werde ich jederzeit wieder buchen !

Fast perfekter Entspannungs-Urlaub
Grundsätzlich sehr schönes Hotel und toller Spa-Bereich. Personal sehr freundlich - beim Checkin allerdings etwas gestresst. Zimmer war zudem um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht bereit (erst 1/2 h später). Als Entschädigung erhielten wir aber einen Gutschein für die Bar. Da der Spa auch nicht Hotelgästen zur Verfügung steht, zeitweise etwas "überfüllt". Zudem wäre es wünschenswert, wenn Getränke, Früchte o.ä. zur Verfügung stehen würden (lieber die Eintritts- bzw. Zimmerpreise) etwas erhöhen. Alles in allem aber ein wunderbarer Ort. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel ruhig gelegen.
Wir haben das Hotel wegen der schönen Zimmer und Lage gebucht. Das Hotel hat soll aber auch einen tollen Spa Bereich haben allerdings textilfrei. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war top. Alles da was man braucht und dazu noch einen sehr guten Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
