Welcome to our spacious home for group travelers at the beautiful Lake Constance in Radolfzell!
Our spacious semi-detached house extends over 150 square meters and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Here are some of the highlights:
COMMUNAL ENJOYMENT
Start your day with a leisurely breakfast in the large garden or on one of the terraces. The perfect place to plan your day together and get into the vacation spirit. Our common areas are also ideal for winding down the evening with a glass of wine or beer.
BALCONY WITH PANORAMIC VIEW
Take some time out on the balcony and be enchanted by the beautiful view. The view of the surrounding area is calming and ideal for a relaxing afternoon with coffee and cake.
COMFORTABLE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
With a total of three bedrooms, we offer enough space for your group or extended family. In the first bedroom, a large king size bed and a single bed await you. In the second bedroom, you will find three single beds as well as a well-equipped workspace - ideal for working on the go. In the third bedroom, another cozy king-size double bed awaits you for restful nights.
ENTERTAINMENT AREA
In the evenings, you can relax in the living room with an impressive 70-inch smart TV that makes for exciting Netflix movie nights. Here, you'll also find plenty of comfortable sofas on which to review your day.
AMENITIES
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower, while a separate guest toilet offers additional comfort. In the basement, you'll find a washer and dryer to get your laundry done with ease.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy them in the dining area or patio. We are happy to provide basic cooking equipment such as salt, pepper & cooking oil as well as coffee, tea & accessories free of charge.
COMFORT
In all our apartments we use only high quality towels and bed linen and offer a basic supply of care products such as shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper as well as cleaning products and cleaning utensils in stock. You will find a washing machine in the basement.
WORK REMOTELY
We are also well equipped for guests who work remotely and on the road. In addition to fast and reliable WLAN, our Bodensee-Haus also offers workspace for laptops with good lighting, office supplies and an external monitor.
CHILDREN & PETS
If you are traveling with children or pets, you have come to the right place. Each of our apartments has at least one extra bed for children and some have high chairs and for pets food bowl & drinking bowl.
Our house is within walking distance of the lake, giving you easy access to a wide range of water/water sports activities and relaxing hours on the shore.
So that you don't have to worry about arriving, we offer private parking and independent check-in. A small and lovingly arranged welcome gift is also waiting for you.
