"My family and I came up for Memorial Day. The communication and check in process was prompt and clear. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was incredible, and having a garage space was awesome so we didn’t have to deal with finding a parking spot in Newport. For surfing, it’s a laid back lineup and people were friendly. "We rented this home to be near Chapman University for our daughter's graduation. We had family members, older and younger from out of town. This home was so spacious and gave us a very relaxing place to "land" in between events. Like the description says...it has 5 bedrooms. 3 are King Master Suites (attached bathrooms).
