We stayed in the 27th foot airstream which was Quite comfortable. But they did not offer coffee which was interesting because they had coffee filters and a coffee maker. Also check in was impossible to do online as we had to go to the hotel next-door to get the keys for the unit. We had a friend staying with us and needed additional linens which were not inside the airstream and we had to go back to the hotel to get them so it was a little frustrating

The rooms were spacious and newly redone in the mountain style with wood beams and very comfortable.. A very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! The room was super nice, clean and updated. Everything was lovely and I wish we were staying in town longer. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cute place with big potential!
This place has great potential! We liked all the updates. In addition, the beds were comfortable, and decor was simplistic & nice. That was about it. Some areas for improvement-Don't use strong cleaning solutions, as that set our impressions immediately upon entering the unit and it was deceiving. The bathroom was not whipped down and there was hair in the shower & floor. The space and decor were nice, but cold. An area rug and kind lighting would have made the unit feel cozy and comfortable. Don't skimp on product. Not just in quantity, but in quality too. There was no soap at the sink, the lotion and shampoo bottles were empty and we were supplied with 3-Kroger brand K-cups of coffee for the entire week-end. Some harder things to fix include, hot water heater, we took cold showers the first day and the paper-thin walls made our trip not very relaxing. In addition to loud guest above us, we could hear the person next door clearly snoring all night. Maybe for the time being, if you are not entirely full, spread your guests out. There were only 6-8 guests staying when we stayed and we were surrounded on both sides, behind and above. I'd also like to point out, that the pictures online are slightly deceiving, our room did not have the timbered ceilings, nor the view (we looked at the highway) and the tiny homes and air streams were not on site. We don't totally want to deter future guests, as this place has great potential of being a nice place in a town with not many options.

Cute and clean motel!
This motel was a gem. Up to date, clean, and affordable. The only issue was all the mud and sand outside that tracked in on my shoes because of the snow. I highly recommend this and is only 30 min from Sipapu ski resort.

There was a dirty tissue visible under the nightstand upon arrival. Underneath the bed did not appear to have been swept and one of the pillows was stained. Other than that it was clean and there was no sign of bugs. Overall it was a decent value.

I always like staying here when I travel for work. the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Always friendly people too, highly recommend. Parking is a little cramped, but not too bad.

I booked a specific room and when I arrived I was given a different room. After the initial check in I approached the front desk clerk who told me the pipes had burst in that room a week ago and the manager was supposed to inform me. They had already placed a hold on my credit card and told me I would have to contact Expedia for my refund as they had no vacancy. I contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel only to be told the manager would have to approve the refund. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Do not book or stay here. Totally shady!

The property currently has an internet check-in that I found somewhat frustrating and cumbersome to use. It eventually worked out ok and the owners say they are going to ditch it so I can recommend the facilities on the basis of amenities, cleanliness and friendly staff.

The full size hair conditioner in the shower was really watered down Mini fridge was a small cube fridge. So small, it wouldn't fit our food containers. We weren't there for any amenities. We just needed a room for the night on our14 hour drive back home. The room, bathroom and bed sheets were all clean. Towels were stiff, rough on the skin and smelled like clorox. I liked having a the outlets next to the nightstand. Unfortunately, there were only 2 nightstands in the middle between the 2 beds so either bed did not have a nightstand on the other sides of the beds. The chairs at the table were metal outdoor chairs. The room was not setup for comfort or long term stays.

The room needs to have more plugs for guests to be able to use. One is not enough. TV options were terrible. Not everybody can just sign into Netflicks. CNN wasn't even live. Local news and weather would have been nice.

This was a great find. The price was great for Taos. We loved the retro feel and cozy room. Only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the windows. It was very bright in our room.
