The hotel is not connected buildings, so getting to the beach/breakfast/restaurant is a long uncovered downhill walk that is not for those with impaired mobility. The pools are not cleaned often. Our private side pool had dead birds & trash floating on separate occasions. The empty lot next door is just that, next to it was another large lot doing renovations & burning trash fires for 5 of the 10 nights we stayed. The smell was awful. Restaurant was nice, but everything is outdoors & anything after 6pm & the mozzies dine on you while you dine. A bit overpriced as well compared to local places or what you can order via Grab delivery.

While the staff was accommodating to help us change our rooms to be next to one another & very friendly in all of our interactions. The hotel cons outweigh the pros. The resort is not all connected as it may seem from the photos. It is multiple separate buildings that all go downhill towards the beach from the main road. This walk is not covered, nor will taxi services meet you halfway for a pickup. As someone who has mobility issues, just staying in the middle building was a daily task of walking downhill for breakfast & uphill to catch a taxi in 34C heat that added unneeded stress to what what supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Breakfast was meager & mostly steamed meals that would classify as middle school lunch quality with 20 signs around the dining room about the fines you would receive if you left with food (believe me... there was NOTHING worth stealing). All in all some more funding into the property, pools, maybe a covered walkway for guests in the future would vastly improve the experience. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great either...

The hotel staff could not be more helpful everybody from the reception staff to the cleaners and the security guard - who will ship the traffic on the main road to allow you to exit the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything that you need for your stay. The beach is not suitable for swimming but lovely to sit and enjoy a cocktail at the bar. Will definitely return thank you for an amazing holiday

This review is specially for Tang and Tangmo, the young ladies from the restaurant at the hotel! They made my trip to Thailand memorable. I decided to come for my birthday and they were so sweet! Service was 10/10 but they made it personal when both of them decided to come to my hotel door to give me a birthday cake and sing happy birthday! I will never forget them for being so friendly to me and my girlfriend! Also, the men at the restaurant are so respectful and sweet! I will never forget my time shared with the people at this hotel.
