It is in a convenient location, very quiet for the most part More effort needed in cleaning the rooms and elevators. My room had dirty fingerprints in the bathroom.

Stayed for one night. Our room was just okay. Bed very uncomfortable and AC only went down to 68° but room felt very hot. Did not sleep well at all. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed in room 113. Right by the pool, gym and front desk. There were people outside our room congregating until after midnight even after having been asked by staff to leave the area. Even after that until after 2am there were people walking through the corridor, gathering in the stairwell and slamming the door. There was a revving sound off and on all night. The heat maybe? Either way I got absolutely no sleep. The floors need policed better or expectations set at check in. I will never stay there again despite it being a nice hotel.

Our stay was great staff were friendly and attentive and answer any questions we had. Breakfast is delicious and lots of options. Rooms are clean Thanks to the housekeepers for the room service!

Overall the place was great. The area around it had tons of shopping a plenty of choices to go and eat.. The room was a bit small but we weren’t staying in the room a whole lot so it was fine.. the continental breakfast was what you would expect.. no complaints ..

This hotel is surrounded by chain restaurants and stores. It’s good if you shop! We had lots of family in the hotel for a funeral and it was nice to have space to hang out together (in the place where breakfast is served). The staff were very nice. The room isn’t new but it’s fine

I lived in this area. This hotel provided exceptional service when power outages caused us to come here to give my husband his home dialysis. We came here other times after long travels from Asia. When I visit friends, it is my respite.

Excellent Holiday Weekend
Family Christmas and needed a hotel that would accommodate my 10 pound puppy. The hotel staff was superb and super helpful! The only problem was hotel pool was having heating issues. Will stay again! Thank you!!
