Quando chegamos no quarto não tinha água quente no chuveiro, aí trocaram o quarto.. deixamos a chave para limpeza do quarto que não foi feita nem a troca das toalhas. Estacionamento não tem. O cliente tem que providenciar e pagar flanelinhas na rua. Café da manhã agradável.

Ótima localização e atendimento... O café da manhã tb tinha boas opções de comida com a possibilidade de utilizar o micro-ondas para esquentar a comida... Ao meu ver uma ótima estratégia.

Tivemos problema no ar condicionado e como a pousada estava cheia, não no relocaram. O hotel é ótimo e tem uma localização privilegiada em Porto de Galinhas e tirando esse problema, a estadia foi boa!

Foi tudo incrível, muito bem acolhida, os colaboradores são incríveis, Júnior é topp!! Os quartos são ótimos, o hotel está MUITOO BEM LOCALIZADO!! Amei, voltarei com certeza!! Obs: só poderia ter uma tv smart ou o um transformador, sinto falta da minha Netflix pra dormir Kk

Muito desconfortável apenas a localização que vc daria uma nota, porque quatro é desconfortável, lençóis estão precisando de serem comprados, toalha de banho apenas uma, cafe da manhã tem várias opções porém falta mas ser organizado. As meninas da cozinha sao top. Mas os recepcionista sem ética profissional.

Local imundo, atendimento da recepção sem nenhuma comunicação, ajuda para carregar bagagens: nenhuma, vaso sanitário entupido, banheiro com odor forte, roupa de cama e banho encardida, colchão com molas mole. Única coisa que salvou foi o ar condicionado.

O café da manhã foi complicado, a reposição dos alimentos foi demorado, a cozinha não estava dando conta na preparação dos pratos e não tinha limpeza das mesas depois que alguém sai e com poucas mesas em relação aos hóspedes ficava muito sujo.

Atendimento foi bom, a localização é ótima ! Ficamos hospedados no último andar, à internet não funcionava, o café da amanhã tinha um grande variedade, porém todos os dias a mesma coisa, o ambiente onde toma café da manhã possui muito mosquito, todos os dias antes de tomar café da manhã era necessário passar repelente.

Problemas na estadia.
Solicitei um quarto com cama de casal, me entregaram um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro com vista pro fundo do ar condicionado. Solicitei a troca, o que foi negado sob informação de a pousada estar lotada. O banheiro não estava limpo e, ainda por cima, com a fechadura quebrada. Achei péssima a acomodação. Não recomendo.
