Não tinha televisão no quarto a piscina suja no dia da entrada e no outo dia passou o dia todo fazendo limpeza falata de organização e consideração com os hóspedes por não poder usar a piscina durante o dia da estadia.

Pousada muito boa, com quartos confortáveis e uma piscina na área central! Atendimento muito bom. Único ponto é que fica um pouco fora do centro de Porto.

tranquilo e familiar
A pousada é de fácil localização. Fica cerca de 2km ao centro da cidade. fiquei em um chalé com 2 ambientes . Tudo bem simples. mas com um ambiente familiar . Bom café da manhã. e ótimo atendimento de um funcionário chamado José tipo faz tudo lá..bom custo benefício.

A única coisa que compensa é custo beneficio se você quiser ficar uma noite. Pra médio prazo não indico, longe de praia. A pousada é simples, mas da pra dormir, quarto estava limpo e tinha ar condicionado, não tem grande conforto mas quebra um galho. O que fica como pior é o atendimento. Reservei em cima da hora mas liguei avisando que iria chegar de madrugada e perguntei se teria gente na recepção. Tudo em vão. Cheguei, tive que interfonar e esperar muito tempo até surgir o porteiro que estava dormindo. Não nos passo nenhuma informação, só entregou a chave do quarto. Ao acordar fui tomar café 9:30 da manhã mas me informaram que já havia acabado porque café da manhã lá só funciona das 7:30 às 9:00 o que considero ridículo o horário. Os poucos funcionários que tem não tem simpatia nenhuma. Peguei minha mala para trocar de hotel não tinha ninguém na recepção pra me abrir a porta pra ir embora 10:00 da manhã, ou seja, a administração desse local é péssima, não espere bom atendimento e só aconselho utilizar de último caso porcausa do bom preço. Mas não Voltaria.

fiquei muito decepcionada com a pousada. primeiro me cobraram antes de chegar la o q havia sido passado era q eles cobrariam no local. pedi pra reavaliarem pois queria ver a possibilidade de estorno pois gostaria inclusive de pagar meia diaria pois ficariamos apenas ate as 18:00 ficaram de m dar um retorno q estou aguardando ate hoje, nao m deram nenhuma satisfação. nao recomendo...
