The staff is amazing. They will go out of their way to provide you with convenience. A gentleman called Michel even gave me his bus tickets out of his wallet. Please be aware that there is no alcohol in their restaurant.

they let me park right in front, incredibly convenient. Super nice front desk clerk, spoke English well. I didn't stay in other hotels in Reunion, so have nothing with which to compare other than mostly Bonvoy properties in the US (and a few in Europe). It wasn't as nice as most Bonvoy properties, but maybe for the island it was veyr good. I'd stay again if needed. The breakfast looked decent, but I didn't have time to partake.

Great stay! Would definitively stay again.
We stayed for one night on our way back to South Africa from Mauritius. We have been treated very well by all the staff. We paid 15 Euros for a one way trip using the hotel's shuttle service.

Good accommodation at a reasonable price
A very nice and modern hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. Rooms / bathroom well appointed. Only negative is absence of restaurant facilities when arriving late in the evening.

Great small modern hotel. Nice pool, comfortable and spacious room with balcony, pleasant (if limited breakfast) and great staff. I was not feeling well while there and the staff went out of their way to help me. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is that it is located in a dingy (but safe) neighborhood that is 3km from the centre-Ville.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was incredibly loud building work taking place directly outside our room which began before 8am. It was just an awful experience. If you only ever take one review seriously then make it this one and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Ideal hotel for short stay as close to the airport. Ste Clotilde area in St Denis is not very nice but the hotel gives a good atmorsphere

Conveniently located business hotel
The hotel is close to business centre of Ste Clotilde and has a convenient underground car park. The staff is welcoming and the breakfast better than I remembered it. Rooms are spacious and very clean. There are some construction works next door (as of August 2018) but didn't bother me as I stayed only overnight. you

The hotel was modern and clean and included a secured parking lot. I liked the hotel and the staff. The surrounding area did seem a bit sketchy though. Besides that, the hotel felt safe and the staff was accommodating.

We had a pleasant stay at the Tulip Inn Saint Denis, Reunion island. Rooms are clean and have comfortable beds with food linen. Air-conditioning works great, bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin with all toiletries and towels supplied. Swimming pool is on site. The hotel arranged for a pick up at the airport at 1h30 in the morning which was very helpful. Check in was quick, English is spoken. At present there is construction on the site next door, so a little noisy in the day.

A new hotel located halfway between airport @ St.Denis. Modern lobby with seating/toilets/left luggage/complimentary water/Free WiFi.No alcohol served in hotel.Modern standard room with excellent bathroom(rainforest shower).with tv/desk/aircon/luggage rack.Buffet breakfast is good with hot scrambled eggs.Lunch/Dinner is disastrous using outside restaurants to deliver poor quality/overpriced food. Meals times are highly restrictive with limited menu choices.Friendly/helpful staff.Keycard didn’t work in lift2),Room (2). & door handle fell off.There is free parking/a small pool/koi fish pond.Airport transfers are good.

Good value airport near the hotel
On our first stay here, we arrived with a hire car. We approached on a side street from the north and were lucky to notice the car park entry. I'm not sure how we'd have got in if we'd missed it as there is a busway down the middle of the main road. If you approach on the main road from the south east, there's a small car park at the front for while you check in. The hotel is very pleasant and very good value for money with everything you'd expect in a modern mid range hotel. We had two problems: 1) the hotel is next to a construction site and work started at about 6.45 am. 2) we thought the breakfast and dinner were expensive and the latter had a limited range of food. There are very few cafes or restaurants within walking distance and one of the nearest had a very strange menu.

Hotel located not in the best spot of the Reunion... Next to the hotel construction site so early morning wake up. Breakfast - typical French style so all other nations will end up hungry... Stuff with not best English - but this is a problem in all "French" locations...

We booked this hotel for a 1-night stay before a very early start for the airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff wanted to be as helpful as possible. With three tired kids (one of whom was ill), this made all the difference in the world. They helped organise food to order in from outside and even had the idea of making up a take-away breakfast bag for us since we were leaving too early for the hotel breakfast. Fantastic staff, can't recommend them highly enough. The swimming pool was a real boon, too.

Great Business Hotel close to the airport. Only caveat was that there was nothing around the area, so dinner required a little drive. The hotel has its own parking garage. Lady at the front desk did not speak a word of English, which is in 2016 simply unacceptable when working a front desk.

The swimming pool was unavailable, was told maintenance work is being carried out. Didn't see any maintenance activity being carried out to the pool. A hotel where guest have to adapt preset air conditioning, thankfully the temperature at night was bearable. TV channels were scrambled, just needed to be reset. Wi-fi stopped working halfway though our stay, promised it would be available in 15 minutes and blamed it on a power-cut in the city centre! Coffee cups were tiny and the powdered milk they provided made the coffee undrinkable. Had to buy milk from local shop.

Great inexpensive, clean, comfortable hotel.
This is a great hotel for a short stay near the Airport. It is clean and comfortable, and the staff go out of their way to be helpful (without being intrusive). I will gladly stay their again. The only reason I do not give the hotel top marks is that the neighborhood doesn't have anything to offer. So if you want to take a little walk to find someplace to eat, you won't find much. But for a short stop it doesn't matter. And for a longer stop (I had 36 hrs) the staff arranged a cheap rental car...which solved my neighborhood problem.

Impressive for the price
I booked with this hotel just to spend a night before a very early flight out of Saint Denis the next morning, so a low price was my one and only objective when searching for hotels. However I was very surprised how neat and tidy this hotel is despite the relatively low price. Very good service too - also in English which should not be taken for granted in La Reunion. 15 Euros for a pre-ordered taxi to the airport which is pretty good for the area.
