Overall good, close to the airport. Comfy beds. Not a lot around. Entrance to hotel slippery in february, not regularly maintained accesible. Ok for adults but can be challenging for kids and elderly

The staff was kind and very helpful to hold our luggage. They provided clean towels, bedding, and we felt very safe. Highly recommend if you want to stay away from tourist and the busy side of Reykjavik.

This was sold as a hotel, it felt like a hostel. Room very basic, and shabby. No lighting in car park, so felt threatening and dangerous arriving in the evening. No Reception at all, so nobody available to deal with problems. Key code on room failed when we went to the car to collect something - thankfully family member in room could let us in, but if not we would have been locked out. Kettle had a layer of cream slime in it - maybe chicken soup? Sheet didn't fit the bed, carpets threadbare, shampoo dispensers broken off the wall. Awful place, and had we been able to, we would have looked for somewhere else to stay. I would appreciate a response, as we feel we were totally mis sold this accommodation.
