The staff at this hotel are the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They are very efficient but made every interaction feel as though it was important personally, and took their time to get to know you and remember your preferences. It was like being amongst new friends. No request was too much - they went out of their way to make you happy. Guest Relations Manager George deserves a special mention. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there and he arranged a number of special treats for her during our stay, including a beautiful floating breakfast, which was delivered by a lovely member of staff who helped to make the day even more special. He was always around, lovely to chat to and really made a wonderful trip even more special. He is the perfect front man for the hotel and spa. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and maintained to that standard every day. It was very well equipped with high-end toiletries, linens and towels and a fully stocked mini-bar, and a beautiful sharing pool outside the patio doors with stunning views over the beach and sunrise, as well as the stars at night. We stayed on an all inclusive package, and this was worth every penny. The bar staff at the pool were excellent, and special mention must be given to Peppa and Eva and their colleagues in La Pasteria and Armira Restaurant who made us feel so welcome and looked after us beautifully when we ate with them. All of the food was exceptional throughout our stay.

Our experience in Port Royal
Overall, the hotel was very inviting and spoiling. The staff mostly went out of their way to make this vacation memorable. That being said, we had some awkward encounters with a few crew members, and most disappointing, we wanted to visit a restaurant on our last night with no digital reservation system. We asked the hotel for help and were told there was no need to make any reservation. The restaurant was full, as were other restaurants, which resulted in us not having the anticipated culinary experience we hoped for. If you ask for the help of the staff in making needed arrangements outside of the hotel, I suggest you insist on your needs.

Amazing hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great knowledge of gluten free food and lots of choice in the pizzeria at night time. Breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you can think of. Sun beds by the pool and on the private beach are nicely spaced out and really comfortable. All in all an extremely peaceful and restful holiday.

Amazing resort, friendly staff, absolutely clean and lovely. You're away from the city noise and close to lovely beaches at this place. The pools and those stars at night make you feel in a wonderland. Our room had a nice view of the pools and the ocean, it was immaculately kept clean and fresh every day. The staff during breakfast made you feel at home, especially Triantáfyllo was my favorite host, meeting her was a joy every morning and she even recommended places to go to nearby to get an authentic Greek experience.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week and June and I can honestly say it’s the best holiday we’ve had just us two. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were lovely, smart and clean, the pool area was fab and the restaurants were superb. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this hotel, the service was excellent. The staff are wonderful. The facilities are great and the pools and surrounding areas around them very good. The only issues we found were with the restaurants and pool bar. Food at the pool bar is served until 6pm, whilst the same menu is available as part of room service until 11pm - doesn’t make sense (although assume it is aimed to encourage guests to use the restaurants during late evening). The two restaurants next to the main pool need a rethink. We didn’t eat there as they didn’t seem to offer a good selection of food. Asian fusion tapas? Why not have a clubhouse grill offering a greater choice of food?

Hotel (and neighbourhood) felt somewhat sterile but it’s a nice property with good layout and clean comfortable room. Staff on reception, in restaurants and at beach were lovely. Breakfast included some delicious food and tasty fresh orange juice. Pools were a bit chilly end of September. Beach is very rocky; there are much nicer beaches in Rhodes. Although sun loungers are for guests, the beach is public and members of public sometimes take over area of beach in front of hotel. There are shops and restaurants nearby and public transport is reliable and easy to use.

The property is amazing and the area around the resort has lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is great and very friendly. BUT, we were originally booked as full board and were told that we still had to pay for meals anywhere but the buffet restaurant at a slight discount. So we upgraded to an all-inclusive plan only to find out there were still food and drink options that weren't included. We loved the property and location just wish there was more information available about what is and isn't included. Even after learning what their all-inclusive was i did more digging on their website and couldn't find it any information anywhere.

Highly recommend this hotel for a grown-up only getaway. Everything was excellent - from the wonderful and helpful staff, facilities, restaurant and menu options down to the guests staying at the property. Everyone was happy and chilled. Staff were friendly and served us with the smile every time. You could always get a sunbed by the pool, regardless of the time of the day you decide to go. Plenty of free pool games for everyone to enjoy. The list could go on... We used the bus and taxi to visit Rhodes and Lindos for a couple of days out and enjoyed a few walks on the beach. All in all - a terrific holiday. Would certainly come back to the hotel and stay again.

Had an excellent stay at Port Royal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable with a great sea view. The pools were great and looked even better at night. The breakfast buffet was well provisioned and the food at the Cibus restaurant was amazing.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff
Just returned from a week all inclusive stay where we had an incredible time. It was the start of the season for the hotel, having only opened a week before our arrival so it was very quiet which meant we were never short of sunbeds, places to sit for the food or at the bar. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, and it was evident the cleaners were working hard throughout the day. The buffet food at the hotel was by far the best we’ve experienced in a hotel, including a good choice of vegetarian food. Being all inclusive we had our fair share of drinks and we’d like to particularly mention Markos who worked the pool bar and made outstanding cocktails - he really takes pride on the quality and presentation of his drinks! All the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, especially Cristos who worked on the beach. Not only was he a kind, funny person, he gave us a Greek lesson on one of the days and did an excellent job of cleverly explaining how English words are derived from Greek which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall a fantastic stay at the hotel and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Rhodes for a relaxing holiday!

The staff were excellent. All so friendly and welcoming. For sure the best staff we have ever come across. The whole place was kept so clean and we really enjoyed our stay. This hotel was lovely… not to big and very easy to get around . Extremely well kept and well decorated. The pools at night are lit up with fiber optics and look absolutely gorgeous. There is definitely something for everyone at this place! I stay at a lot of all inclusive places and the food here was AMAZING! You can definitely find a dish or 5 even fir the pickiest of eaters. Lovely rooms … lovely views… super relaxing, and just had a fantastic time hanging out at the hotel. Now with all this being said how the hotel is fantastic… the Staff is INCREDIBLE! Friendly , warm ,welcoming soooo beyond willing to do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The people here are made our stay from amazing to out of this world we absolutely loved all of them and we are definitely coming back !

Fantastic resort for perfect holiday!
This is an amazing retreat with top notch service, an excellent facility and a beachfront location that will surely make your holiday memorable. The food prepared by the chefs is all from locally sourced farms, including some of their own, and they have a wonderful pool and bar area in addition to beach chairs/umbrellas. The location is fantastic because it is exactly the half way point between Rhodes City and Lindos with Faliraki close by as well. I highly recommend the hotel and congratulate them for creating a wonderful experience for us! Evie is the best, always looking out for us and making sure we have a great experience.

Wonderful stay, we really couldn’t of asked for more, first holiday where we was not happy to come home. The food is amazing, the manager of the main restaurant is very friendly and helpful, goes out of his way to help you. Very strict on the COVID rules, gloves and hand gel enforced. Never a shortage of sunbeds, which are well padded and comfortable. Both pools large, clean and not crowded. Honestly any slight issue you have tell the staff and it will be resolved. Evi resolved a minor issue we had, very friendly and professional. We are about to book up for October for a week.

Friendly staff and location. The welcome drink was also nice. The staff both at the reception and restaurants including breakfast were very friendly. All spoke English. Vasilis, Pantelis and Yiota were very kind and helpful.

Just returned from an amazing 5 days , we had a shared pool beach front bungalow. If you can afford it then I would definitely recommend these rooms. We stayed full board and the food was varied and always hot. We didn’t stay all inclusive as we are not big drinkers but worth it if you like a few cocktails! The hotel is in Kolympia with supermarkets, bars and shops on the doorstep. We will definitely be back.
