Great hotel and location. Staff was wonderful and property was well maintained. Swimming pool area and playroom were big hits for our family. Only thing that could be improves was the cold temperature of the water: quite cold.

Excellent location for central area of town. Nothing fancy however, there is construction going on so will be interesting to see the end result. Staff very friendly and helpful. I suspect that at some point this was a top end hotel which is now in need of a total face lift. Rooms are very plain, with furnishing and fittings that are rather basic. However, this is reflected in the price, which is a fantastic value. Will say that bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

I spent four days in this very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful, kind and very very warm. They helped me with the magnetic key which is supposed to be inserted while you are in the room. If it doesn't insert well, no lights in the room, The cleaning lady helped with the three remotes to turn on the TV, I misplaced my brush and they found me a brand new comb. I couln't tip them because I had no Brazilian currency. The food was great, the breakfast was pretty good with many selections. I also had my dinner at the hotel the first night, a great buffet at a reasonable price.

Estadia maravilhosa, família adorou, piscina excelente, o hotel morada do sol possui brinquedoteca para crianças e academia, barzinho para o hóspede ficar a noite inteira bebendo, barzinho com todas bebidas e marcas de bebidas, faltou somente uma coisa a opção bebida sem açúcar para diabéticos, pessoal, educados e gentis, atendimentos rápidos, o Gran Hotel Morada do Sol tem comprometimento com o cliente, avaliação 5 estrelas, voltarei e já endiquei para os amigos.

Lençōes e fronhas velhas e furadas, goteira no teto do banheiro, piscina suja durante toda a estadia de uma senana, preços de serviços extras abusivos e a para encerrar a funcionaria Aline é uma Pessoa que não tem a menor condição profissional de estar no atendimento ao pax. Ela me gritou diante de todos que estavam na recepção me constrangendo! Tentei falar com o gerente Ivan todos os dias de minha estadia e lamentavelmente não foi possivel mesmo eu estando todo o dia no hotel. Descaso Total! Não voltarei a me hospedar jamais em este hotel. Uma decepção total!

O hotel deve ser antigo mas parece estar sendo reformado nos ultimos anos, a recepcao grande e moderna, quarto relativamente espacoso, o banheiro entrega que o predio e mais antigo, e um pouco de falta de ventilacao no corredor dos quartos. O frigobar fica vazio e tem uma mini conveniencia no lobby da recepcao onde vc pode pegar e pagar o que quiser consumir. Ainda assim uma estadia muito boa em custo beneficio.

No geral foi bem agradável.
Primeiro quarto estava com vazamento de água e instalações muito mal conservadas. Tivemos que trocar de quarto por conta do vazamento e o segundo quarto estava bem melhor. Só uma sugestão: melhorar a iluminação do banheiro. Pessoal bastante educado. Café da manhã ótimo.

Bom pra uma noite
A estadia foi boa pra uma noite somente. Não gostei do tratamento na chegada. Quando eu reservei, eu avisei que estava com uma criança de 8 anos. O recepcionista disse que nao estava reservado a criança(sendo que eu estava até com autorização dos pais via cartório). Foi cobrado a mais. Essa falha na comunicacão foi chato.
