The room was very limited in furnishings. Continental breakfast was almost non existent and coffee not very good. I have stayed at Ramadas before and this was not a pleasing one.

The staff was very nice, n welcoming. In my room it was very dusty, large handprint on large picture on wall. Penny o floor In front of tv..black hair on tub n floor in bathroom,,,i am all gray...I opened microwave to heat up coffee, it was really DIRTY, i called front desk, they offered to come clean it..i told them i would just clean the round plate inside,. ...the beds vere very comfortable n clean....loved the POOL.

The front desk clerk, Melanie, took the time to reach out when housekeeping found my son's stuffed armadillo was left in our room. That really showed great customer service and saved us a lot of inconvenience at bedtime the next night!! Huge thanks to her & housekeeping for going above and beyond!

Eagle cave exploration
Very nice hotel, not a stairs in the main commonary pool was warm. No hot tub, but overall service was great. Hotel was clean. Anne closed to activities

clean and ok
We travelled to Richland Center during our Frank Lloyd Wright Tour and we wanted to see the A.D. German Warehouse designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Coming in on HWY 14 is very bumpy and in need of repair, this is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel is a bit strange looking, like a small Capital Building. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We were told the breakfast was included and It Was Not, so make use to ask in case breakfast options change. Over all it was ok.

Nice place to unwind
Check-in was easy. The rooms were nice beds were super soft for sleeping bathroom was nice and equipped with enough towels and namebrand shampoos and body lotion a little bit of a maze to get where we needed to go inside the hotel, however, very nice including the Mexican restaurant that was in there definitely would stay again. Oh, and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices.

Was told "we don't have any extra pillows" then found a closet full of fresh pillows. Our room fridge didn't work. The showers/pipes are INSANELY loud. Rotten fruit served at breakfast. I won't be back.
