At our place you're one block away from quaint Brewer's Café, and you're only 2 blocks away from Dogtown Brewery with Hot Diggity Donuts attached. There is a park with children's playground and hoops a block and half away.

Christmas Vacation
We stayed here because it was 4 minutes away from my daughter and we wanted to spend Christmas in VA this year. The apartment was amazing. The communication with the property manager was outstanding. The property is close to so many things to do, in a short distance. If you have little ones under 2, you may want to consider bringing a child lock gate, as the steps to the apartment are very long and steep, but very manageable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great rental!
Our stay was great! The rental was clean, property management was very responsive to our requests/inquiries and we loved the neighborhood which was quiet and safe! The only issue I had was the mattress in the second level bedroom which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that everything was great. Kitchen was a nice size and we loved sitting on the rooftop! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other interested renters.

Amazing location
Great location within walking distance or a very short drive to restaurants, breweries and the river/Brown’s Island. The property seems to have suffered some disrespectful guests in the past and could use some minor repairs, furniture cleaning and replacement of linens. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will be on the short list for places to stay the next time we’re in RVA.

Bright, comfortable and airy townhome!
We enjoyed our stay during U of R graduation weekend. Lots of space, lovely modern kitchen and open floor plan that was perfect for our family to gather together. The beds are comfortable and the roof-top deck was a cool bonus to our stay! {The stairs to the main level and also to the primary bedroom on the third floor are steep. Not a problem for most of us but was somewhat of a challenge for my 80 year old dad. Just an FYI.}

Loved it!
We loved this home. We stayed here for a couple nights for it’s close proximity to VCU as we did a couple college visits. The home is clean and beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was nice having everything included in the home as well—linens, towels, bath products, toilet paper, and kitchen items. We loved the sunset from the rooftop deck too.

Needs improvement
While the hosts were great with communication, this place had deficiencies. The sheets and towels were dirty and were cleaned upon request. The kitchen lacked cookware and had to prepare meals in a single serving size pan and pot. The microwave was not functioning and the owner knew this prior to arrival but did not notify us until checked in. They wanted to come and fix it on our last full day. The ice machine is also not operable. When asked to check out a day early so they could fix things, they would not agree and said they would just fix after we left. Overall decent location, but I would not feel comfortable walking outside at night more than a block away.

Why I loved Richmond
My family came to visit from Long Island and fell in love with our city. The rental was lovely, modern, beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Location close to everything, 11 minutes to VMFA, the Science Museum, great food of all type, the James, etc. The apartment was meticulous, the host went overboard to help since this was my first exerience with VRBO. Will defintely rent again.
