"Very cute, well-stocked condo that was a much better value than any area hotel. Was off-season for Telluride so it felt like we had the whole town to ourselves. The community hot tub was modern and cozy. Just steps from our condo, we had the hot tub to ourselves all weekend. This would be the ideal place to stay during skiing season."

"Property has a nice appearance, but there were several issues with the property and were conveyed to the manager. The last day was very aggravating. We advised the property manager of an issue and the last day workers arrived to work on the roof. All we heard was loud banging and drilling. Very annoying when you're trying to relax after skiing."

"This place was cool. Lots of spiders and I’m sure we had some sort of rodent as our food that was left on the counter had corners missing and chew marks on the bags/food. Otherwise this place was a perfectly placed getaway!!"

"The house is very interesting with a unique flow (entry is on the third floor). Theater seating is a bonus! The driveway is tricky in the winter with a hairpin turn in the middle. The beds aren’t exactly as advertised, as one is a “kiddie” mattress in a loft (up a ladder). Really sleeps two couples (which we were not). Overall though, we liked the place!"

"This condo was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. You could walk almost anywhere in town that you would want to go. The condo is on the river which provided a very peaceful environment. It is also close to the town park which was great for attending the hot air balloon festival. We would stay here again."

"It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We never really felt too on top of each other. Check-in was easy and so was check-out. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked almost every meal at the house. The location is perfectly set between the ski resort and downtown. about 10-15 minutes each way. "Only reason for a 4 star is due to the dog hair in the rental. We were under the impression that pets were not allowed on the property. My wife and I both have dog allergies so we were sniffling and sneezing the entire stay. Probably wouldn’t stay her again because of the allergies but if you’re a pet person than this place is great. Other than that, the listing was a good deal, accurate and matched the pictures/description very well."

A little older property, but everything you need such as restaurants, popular bars, grocery store, shopping, ski rentals, location to the gondola and most importantly coffee is within a block or two—really can’t beat the location.
