BEST part about our trip was staying here. Obviously it’s a beautiful hotel but more so the staff made it worth every penny. The girls in the front were super sweet and attentive. I needed a scooter they organized the rental for me, later that night at 9pm I had driven the scooter to dinner and realized it was in poor condition, I messaged the front desk on WhatsApp, by the time I had returned from dinner a new scooter was waiting for me, as they had dealt with the company and had them come by to replace the scooter. To add to that, the reason I needed the scooter was to go to a early tour the next morning, and they left two towels for me at reception- just really showing that they go the extra mile and I never asked them too to do that. Overall every single member of their team made me feel like I was cared for and that it was a pleasure to provide the service. You can’t really ask for more. Thank you for making my stay amazing. I greatly appreciate it.

Overall ok,but a bit expensive for what it was. No hot water, luckily it was hot enough to be ok. One thing I did appreciate was that we could use pool even after we checked out.

Beautiful property, I would definitely go back. The only con is that it is far from town accessible by a dirt road. Not complaining, this makes the place so special, however you need to either buy plenty of groceries for your entire stay on your way from the airport (which is what we did), or depend entirely on the one restaurant on-site. Round trip taxi to town is about $65.00 dlls so be mindful of that. There was one day that the building we were staying had a problem with the water supply and there was no manager in charge to update us on status. The very courteous front desk person was unable to answer our questions and no one else to support her with answers. I believe we had one of the best units in the property (4 bdroom 3 ba beach front - ground level) and we fully took advantage of it. Steps from the beach and pool.
