The property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately the area around the property was not a good part of town and we felt very unsafe. The occupants of the hotel room adjacent to ours had a screaming fight at 2am and I had to call police when the male occupant started trying to break down the door with his head. He was screaming obscenities. The owners/staff of the property did not appear to respond to this incident. Had I nit phoned 911, I'm not sure anyone would have done anything. My children and I were absolutely terrified and will never stay at this property or in this area ever again.

Was the worst customer service ever an I travel a lot booked an paid with Expedia then when I checked in she changed me again I have a service animal an they charged me for him first time that i was charged for him I will never stay here again I still can’t believe that she acted like that

Terrible experience, extremely rude staff, I hope you don’t go down and expect to have a few friends come over to hang out because you’re not allowed to do that! Will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Dear guest, your reservation was only for 1 adult and 2 children, but you had about 7-8 people stay over night in a room with maximum capacity of only 4 people. so we had to let you know that you can’t have that many people in the room. Thank you

It was very quiet for a busy commercial location. Easy to access everything we needed before arriving. Hot shower! Very friendly welcoming service. We will return.

Very bare essentials
Tiny room, fairly clean but needs a lot of work. No coffee machine, bare toiletries. No hair dryer. Better make sure you have everything you need if you stay here. Way to costly for what is not offered.

exactly what I was looking for
The room was clean but small and the beds were hard but some people like that. It was exactly what I was looking for - a place to sleep while visiting the Cape May/Wildwood area.

to jacqueline according to your booking information you have reserved a room with 1 double bed ( 1 full size bed). also we do not have queen size beds here. so how can you say you reserved a queen when we don't have that option here. thank you

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Not the nicest hotel around, as you can literally see and feel a breeze from outside through the gap around the door, but it does it’s job.

Booked one night for work in the area was told they did not receive the confirmation from Expedia . Check in took 30 minutes and reserved king room , room was not ready since they didn’t get the reservation. Heat was not on in the room - was freezing

Hotel, Staff, Price...Perfect!
Geez. What else could I say besides the title of my review? Room 114 had plenty of room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, lots of room for luggage and clothes, 2 comfortable chairs, refrigerator and freezer plus a microwave, air conditioner, free wifi and large tv. Price, after taxes, was $92. Check-in and check-out were quickly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

DISGUSTING
This place was full of mold an mildew.. it smelled and was very old inside.. the shower looked to be from the 1950"s with mold from then. When flushing the toilet it looked dirtier than before flushing.. Water in sink running brown. Owner gave me a hard time for a refund but once I started warning other customers coming in he quickly refunded me to keep me quiet. No electric outlet in bathroom either. Microwave just sitting in the room - no plug... they showed me another room that was "updated" and although it was a tad better still was filthy in the shower...

You're not paying for a 5 star hotel.
It fine if you simply need something 10 minutes from the shore. It's not the kind of motel you would waste any days away in. There are bigger rooms but the two doubles have the beds, nightstand in between, a fridge/freezer with a microwave on top. a dresser with TV on wall above and a small round table with one chair. There were two plastic chairs outside the front door of each room that you could use I suppose. There is a closet with about 8 permanent hangers. The bathroom has a small stand up shower, one towel bar for hand, washcloths, bath towels. The sink had almost no room for my wife's "stuff". The internet is horrible, and cell coverage just barely works.

Ok I guess simply for the location to the beach
I stayed with a total of four people. The room is SMALL! Very average hotel and I think a little high prices for what you get. The staff was alright. The woman at the front desk is sort of rude, but the gentleman is friendly enough. I will not be staying here again. Not very comfortable at all

Great Stay in Cape May
We arrived at the hotel around 1 am and was quickly checked in by the helpful staff. Our room was great, a perfect size for my family of 4. The next day we had a smooth check out. After about a 10 min drive we were at the beach in Cape May. The price was also great!

Great price. Easy access to toll road.
Very basic but clean, roomy & really good price. Motel style, No lobby or vending machines. Rooms have refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dryer, iron, coffee maker, cable TV & outdoor pool. Super small shampoo & soap provided but no conditioner or lotion. Wall heater/air conditioner works great.

This was our second stay at this hotel because we were so impressed with our 1st stay last August 2014. The hotel is clean and management is friendly. We will definitely stay there again this year.

This place is just 'average' for a family stay. Our room was large, all facilities of the room worked OK, the beds were decent and clean, the shower water hot, and the flat screen tv worked, so for a family stay for a few days while our son graduated boot camp at TRACEN Cape May it was just fine for about sixty five dollars. The only difficulty we had was in connecting to the outside world through the internet, which there was none. Owner was not helpful when we pointed out that their router clearly was not connected to the web. Yes, they have a router with a strong signal to connect to- but no further. If you need reliable web service, pass this place in favor of another property. If you don't then this is as decent a small family-owner property as you'll likely find in the area off the beach.

Reserved for my son & buddy. Both US Coast Guard visiting US Coast Guard recruits during off-base liberty. They had no problems checking in and said it was a decent place. I spoke to main office for clarifying details before reserving and could not hardly understand the person speaking due to language barrier.

terrible customer service from passport suites
we had an emergency and had to cancel. my son was on the phone for over 2 hours and was yelled at by the staff at passport suites and they refused to cancel. they do not have a cancellation policy on their website and we were within the crenelation limits through Expedia. Passport essentially told my son we were screwed. We obviously didn't go but based on their phone service i would never recommend or stay at their hotels.

Nice hotel. Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much road noise. I do wish there were curtains on the windows as our room faced east. Also, a bar for hanging close would be nice.

Chambre ok. Emplacemement ok. Service a la clientele desolant. Nous nous sommes fait voler de l argent americaine dans notre chambre. Le proprietaire nous a dit que nous etions menteurs et que nous n avions pas d argent. Nous sommes resté une nuit sur 4 nuits reservés. Aucun remboursement. La plus mauvaise experience vecu en 40 voyages . Tres decevant.
