Hotel reception staff is uneducated and untrained. They don’t know how to work and behave with customers. Please don’t book this hotel in future to avoid hassles.

It was fine. They won’t clean the rooms in the morning. we go out in the morning come back in the afternoon and the room service did not clean the room. Even after they clean, it is not as satisfying. When we arrived the receptionist couldnt find that we booked two rooms. Instead of helping us and trying to contact hotels.com with us he acted as if was non of his business. He did give us the other room until hotels.com contacted him. The room was basic, as expected. Everything else was fine.

Wanted non-smoking room, when got there ONLY smoking room next to noisy lift. Food terrible. Room was very badly cleaned.

Good hotel, staff lacks motivation.
The checkin was cold, the front staff in the night shift was not even smiling. The over all motivation of the staff looked very down or tired for some reason. This was my third stay at this property since it’s opening and I can see the difference in their attitude. While at the property, a lot of senior level staff passed by me wearing badges and making eye contacts but none had the courtesy to say hello or smile (they were wearing masks on the chin hence I could see). The rooms are just okay, the pillows were supposed to be micro fiber and feather but they were only micro fiber. Room service is quick and house keeping is doing a good job. The breakfast is boring and the restaurant doesn’t have a good menu for meals or snacks outside breakfast hours. Not an exciting Park-Inn

The worse hotel receptionist and duty manager
When I came to the hotel I could not get my room even though I put the full price in advance because the hotel didn’t have running water and they were overbooked. The duty manager didn’t care to solve my problem. The worst part that I could not contact anyone in hotels.com to solve my issue. hotels.com still charge me the full price of the room even though I didn’t checked in I will not use this application again. The worst customer service ever

New and cozy, but showering is a struggle
New hotel and furniture, nice staff and good breakfast. but the plumbing system for showers is bad, the mixers keep changing temperature from extreme hot to extreme cold and I couldn't regulate the right temperature, it was a struggle. Also the location of some of the bathroom accessories is awkward like the water hose is hard to reach because its very close to the toilet seat.

Check in was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room booked was not available and we were given twin beds, with an extra bed for my son. Breakfast needs improvement in variety as they served exactly same dish everyday. The options were limited keeping in mind Covid. The restaurant staff was very helpful. Overall very great staff at a good property.

Average hotel with average service. I faced too many issues: 1- they made me wait 35 minutes to get my room even though I arrived in the evening. Lot of noises in the hotel (elevator, chatting, etc). I had to call 42 hours after I handed my laundry to get my shirt back. The laundry man insisted to get paid at the door and didn't give me the payment receipt... Breakfast is ok. I really don't recommend it if you want to have a comfortable stay in Riyadh.
