The checkin was cold, the front staff in the night shift was not even smiling.
The over all motivation of the staff looked very down or tired for some reason.
This was my third stay at this property since it’s opening and I can see the difference in their attitude.
While at the property, a lot of senior level staff passed by me wearing badges and making eye contacts but none had the courtesy to say hello or smile (they were wearing masks on the chin hence I could see).
The rooms are just okay, the pillows were supposed to be micro fiber and feather but they were only micro fiber.
Room service is quick and house keeping is doing a good job.
The breakfast is boring and the restaurant doesn’t have a good menu for meals or snacks outside breakfast hours.
Not an exciting Park-Inn
