Pros: Cleanliness
The room was extremely clean, and very well maintained. The staff was very nice, and able to help if help was needed. Easy access to and from interstate, and the places we needed to go. Would most definitely stay here again in another trip to Roanoke.

Great people. The room was cozy. There was a few small spots of mustard on the desk and the silverware wasnt scrubbed right, very loud neighbors. Other than that it was fine.

The bed linens were worn out and the blankets had holes in them. Everything was clean, just worn out.

Smoke free room smelled very smoky. Ash trays in room. No shampoo in bathroom.

The rate was good and the front staff very nice. This is my second stay and I plan on going down and staying at the Extended Stay again in October.
