A decent stay especially for the money. There is dead plants in an outside planter, and one employee talking really loudly in the breakfast room. The soap they provide has a cheap perfume fragrance that is awful, however, I am sensitive to that sort of thing. Sheets aren’t cotton but the bed was comfy.

So many things we enjoyed... affordable, comfortable bed, quiet, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, very pleasant desk staff during check in. We were very pleased with our stay. We will be staying here again!

I have visited this location several times. This morning, after I had already rebooked my room, I was asked to leave my room to be moved to another room? I am sitting in the lobby highly irate after I have already paid for this room. Just informed that I can go back to my original room?? As a professional in the hospitality industry, this is a clear lack of management and communication. The young lady at the front desk (her name escapes me) is amazing and very accommodating. She is on her game and deserves a shout out! Also Ms. Christina (sp) took great care of me and my husband! She was super sweet and does a great job!!

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at during our 4 week vacation in the southeastern states! Very impressed with the room, breakfast, friendly service, and cleanliness of the entire building. Thank you for a pleasant 3 day stay!!

I could not sleep due to the many bed bugs biting me so after a long day of travel and minimal sleep I had to check out around 4 am, had just checked in n at 10pm . I absolutely do not recommend. The staff did nothing to help or try to accommodate besides say sorry.

The policy for towels is absolutely crazy. They are incredibly understaffed. We were there 4 days and never received new linens or towels.

Check in lady was very nice and friendly. I noticed when walking in that the chairs where you could sit and talk were very dirty and either needed shampooing or tossed. Once in our room beds we’re comfortable but bathroom toilet was old and made a horrible noise when flushed. The shower door didn’t help a lot because water ran down door and onto the floor. Installation and or the make of the shower wasn’t Thur best. The lack of a nicer tv and lessor channels to choose from was a lot less than most places we stay but we were tired the room was clean and we felt we were at a safe hotel.

I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again! The price is great BUT the smell of the carpet was horrible. The maid came knocking on my door at 9am when check out wasn’t until 11am…. The pillows weren’t too clean or the bath towels! We stayed there one time before last year and it wasn’t that bad! Now it’s has to be $100 deposit and the maids will check the room before you can leave😑 honestly it’s probably good enough for a truck driver that needs one night to rest!! I wouldn’t recommend going there if you’re not use to half clean rooms.

Beware of an unexpected $100 “incidental” deposit! The facility does not have this requirement posted on their website, so you will not become aware of this until you arrive. We paid cash instead of allowing it to be charged on to our credit card. We paid cash intentionally only because of a Google review from someone who recommended this, because of others who stayed at this facility complained that they were having hard times getting their deposit refunded back to their card. I encourage you to please read these Google reviews (recent reviews) on the facility for yourself and you’ll then see what I’m talking about. It’s a shame that we had to go through all this trouble only because of what we read about this facility. I don’t get is that this facility does not advertise (or post) that this $100 in an incidental deposit would be charged upon check-in on their website!!!! This should be required by the hotel chain! To make our night stay unpleasant; somebody at 12:45 in the morning on the second floor broke off a sprinkler head right above their bed waking up all the Customers. Not much sleep that night! To make the stay worse, the hotel clerk at checkout did not possess any customer service skills; very poor customer service, including the comment to my wife of ‘well this is the way things are done here and you can always choose to stay somewhere else’ Which we will!!!

I like the area of the hotel, but the carpet smelled bad in the room and hallways. Smells like it had been wet for a while. I might take a chance on staying there again, but would love things to smell a lot better.
