The Hotel is behind the shping plaza and the GPS left me on the Plaza area so I have to ask some one and get help from two young polite people to take me there.

“Totally adequate for a place to sleep!”

We received a great rate through Expedia's unpublished rates search, so we were completely satisfied with this location as a place to sleep for two nights.

What to pack

You'll need to bring all your toiletries and hairdryer. Only soap, towels and toilet paper provided in the room. There is an iron and ironing board. Coffee provided but not so tasty. Also had full kitchen but we didnt use it.

“Will never stay there again”

DH knew he was going to have to work for 4 hours that night, and we specifically chose this place because it was billed as an "executive" room with "business" wifi. This place is awful. No bedside tables, only bathroom supplies were a bath mat, two towels and one bar of soap, and it took over an hour on the phone with "tech support" to get the promised wifi up and running. At least we found a good diner up the road for breakfast, but we will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

“Biohazard?”

Spent 2 nights at the hotel to look at colleges in the area. The location was good, lots of supermarkets, pharmacies, restraunts in the immediate vicinity. Close to the highway, easy to navigate the area. The layout of the room was good, with a kitchen area containing a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, and very basic cooking utensils (1 frying pan, 1 sauce pan, etc). They do not provide any dish soap or sponges to wash the dishes. I washed all of them before I used them, as I wasn't sure how the previous occupants washed them without dish soap. The condition of the room was revolting. There were old vomit stains on my son's mattress boxspring, old blood stains on the carpet in the corner, and I wouldn't even consider walking on the floors with out shoes. And yes, I can recognize the stains of bodily fluids as I am an ER nurse. The linens were clean, and the bathroom and kitchen appeared to have been cleaned. I don't consider myself a fussy traveler, but I do prefer a clean room where I can relax and not have to worry about touching any of the surfaces.

“Very Unresponsive Management”

During my stay I reported to the front desk staff that the toilet flush wasn't working. The receptionist told me that she had contacted her Manager who had told her that they could not gtet a Plumber in to get the problem fixed over the weekend, and since they were fully booked I couldn't be moved to a different room. Beyond that the management did not bother to ensure that I could be accomodated in some other way. I feel that with the level of service being so low, I should be refunded the cost of my stay.

“Not so Suite”

In town for weekend wedding. 2 night stay was not very comfortable. Hotel had no ice machine - clerk said that each room had ice in freezer. The 2 trays of months old evaporated cubes were unusable. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was no apparent hotel staff on the premises at night. Bright spot was a clerk who very capably printed out our boarding passes for the trip home.
