Nice place
We and some friends stayed while visiting our kids for St. Pats in Rolla. The house is nicely decorated and communication with the owner was easy and quick. Sleeps 8 with everyone in a bedroom on a real bed (no sleep sofas). Neighborhood was cute too. We would stay here again.

Nice property overall. Floors could have been cleaner as socks got dirty easily on the floor. The bedside lamps in bedrooms 3 and 4 would not work. In spite of these, this is a good place.

Perfect place for staying on visits back to Rolla
Property was very clean and well kept. Lots of space for everyone, along with more than enough parking since each of us had our own vehicle. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get in and out of. And plenty of Kuerig pods to get us all through the mornings! Josh was very responsive as a host, and flexible with us as we arrived earlier than we’d expected. Would recommend to anyone needing a clean and comfortable place to stay while in Rolla.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s a great property in a comfortable neighborhood. Housekeeping was not 100% this time. Floors needed a better clean and living room carpet has stains. There used to be a Roku in the master bedroom but it was gone/missing so the TV didn’t work. The living room Roku remote control needs replaced. Last time there was also a separate TV remote that was missing this time. The master bedroom pillows are flat so I didn’t get the best night’s sleep. All of these are easily fixable so I hope my next stay will be perfect. I definitely plan to stay again as it is close to my aging parents and the hospital and overall it’s a great place for a family to stay.

Family Visit
We stayed for the weekend to meet with family. We felt at home the moment we entered the house. It was warm and inviting and smelled great! We had our 3 nieces and nephew with us and there was more than enough space for us. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the location put us in reach of the things we came to do. The hosts were very friendly and communication was great. I would definitely stay again.

We came to Rolla to bury our mother. The house was clean and big enough for all of us! Used the deck (needs replaced) but usable. All in all I gave it 5 stars .

Perfect fit
My family visited MO to attend FLW graduation which is under 30 miles away. Easy drive to base. This was the only 4 bedroom homie I could find that suited our needs. Very spacious and clean home close to Walmart and lots of other shopping options.

Quiet Spot
Overall this was a great stay on Halloween. Although this is a very established neighborhood it turned out to be very quiet. There were a lot of kids out on Halloween and we had a number of trick or treaters. The house was very clean and well maintained and stocked with the things we needed. Would stay there again.

Perfect for our family getaway
This place was perfect for our large family. We all fit comfortably. Check in was super easy, the house was nice and chilled for the summer heat, and we had a perfect time. We mostly used it for sleeping, as we didn’t prepare much food or anything but all accommodations were great.
