Recomendable
Hemos estado 4 noches. La habitación ha sido muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia sin grandes lujos. Hemos echado de menos algo de limpieza. Por lo demás, nada que decir. Ovidio fue muy agradable y servicial, y la Sra. Marta, un encanto. Muchas gracias!!! Sin duda, recomendable para una estancia en la ciudad, por la comodidad y la facilidad de llegar a todos los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad andando o en servicio público con rapidez

Un buen lugar cerca del vaticano
La Maison de Marta, es administrado por martha guest house, pero no es lo mismo. La ubicación es excelente, no tenía desayuno, y yo no lo había advertido, asi que Ovidio el responsable de la mañana, me dio vouchers de cortesía para desayunar en un bar cerquita. Lo único que no me gustó es que el baño era diminuto, tan así que no entraba en la ducha, y debí dejar las mamparas de la misma abiertas, con la consecuente agua en todo el piso. No es una habitación para personas que no sean muy flacas. No obstante ello, en la otra dependencia, la de marta guest house las habitaciones son más grandes y cómodas. Seguramente volveré!

The location was extremely convenient, steps from the airport bus, and walking distance to restaurants, shops, buses, etc etc. Ovidio, went above and beyond providing travel tips, assistance with luggage, etc and he replied to queries within minutes.

Scoprire Roma a piedi
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per l'ambiente familiare e la posizione strategica. A piedi : 3 min.Castel Sant'Angelo e Museo Napoleonico, 10min Vaticano e pochi minuti di più tutte le maggiori attrazioni Quartiere tranquillo (anche a sera tardi) con tanti negozi e ristoranti Fermata Bus a 2 minuti in piazza Cavour Ringrazio calorosamente il personale, in modo particolare Ovidio per la grande professionalità con cui ha risolto una delicata situazione venutasi a creare con la prenotazione di cui la struttura NON aveva alcuna responsabilità

Good option for Rome at a reasonable price
The staff were helpful, and the room was well-furnished and clean. The food in the mornings was mediocre, however, but it was included in a reasonable room rate. The location is surprisingly good, Prati is a very nice neighborhood, and the historical sights on the other side of the river are convenient by bus.

Отель хороший, чистый, удобно расположенный 10 минут до метро, Шатл из аэропорта останавливается в 5 минутах, а в аэропорт у соседней парадной. Через дорогу супермаркет, поблизости много кафе и ресторанов. В номере есть фен, холодольник.Окна моего номера выходили во двор поэтому было тихо. Единственный недостаток отсутствие чайника в номере, но на ресепшене мне выдали термос с горячей водой. В целомвсе прекрастно.

Ein einfacher, aber toller Standort für alle Aktivitäten in und um Rom. Zentral gelegen aber nicht zu laut. Nette Tipps vom Team für das Erreichen aĺler Ziele und auch das Frühstück ist ein guter, wenn auch römisch süßer Start in den Tag. Einige Reparaturen wären schön, aber zur Übernachtung alles ausreichend. Danke nochmal an das nette Team:).

酒店位置特别好，从机场坐sita公司巴士在ottaviano下车斜对面一个很大公寓楼里，去机场就在大楼门口右边上车。小服务台在公寓大楼一楼（其实就是二楼）。去梵蒂冈等许多景点都可以走路去。公寓大楼另一个门对面就有超市。

I don't recommend staying in this hotel. Room is extremely small, sometimes there is no water, the area is very dirty and noisy. Also, not impressed with the staff: they asked me to pay taxes in cash, what? I paid taxes through expedia. Anyways, I recommend to save some money and stay in hotels close to Borghese villa. FYI Rome turned out to be a complete disappointment, very overpriced, overrated, dirty, with rude people, like a third world country. Not coming back.

No Air conditioning! In September it's hot in Rome. All other hotels I stayed at in Rome had good a/c. Too many keys.

Fantastisk central placering, flinke og hjælpsomme receptionister, let parkering (enten billigt på gaden (8 euro pr døgn) eller i fint underjordisk P-hus 200 m væk (24 euro i døgnet) , dejligt værelse (eneste minus var at vandtrykket i bruseren var ret vekslende)

Loved our stay!
We loved our stay! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and treated like their guests. They provided us with all the necessary information to get around town and offered to make arrangements for travel when our stay ended. The room was exactly what we booked and was clean. The hotel was close to many attractions, restaurants and transportation. If we were to go back to Rome we would stay here again.

Good place to stay. I would like to stay this hotel again when I visit Rome. The hotel is very close to the bus stop from Rome airport. It was very convenient to go and back to the airport because I had a big bag. I did not have to drag a big bag on roads made of stone in Rome.

Very enjoyable stay
The location of the hotel was great, especially if you arrived on Fiumicino airport bus. The neighborhood is fantastic and it's close to a lot of sights. The room was lovely with lovely furnishings. Some updating of the bathroom might be nice but it is fine. If you want a quiet stay, ask for a room towards the back.

Great Location
I love that the hotel is just a short stroll to the Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican City. There are many cafes and restaurants around it. The staff is also very friendly.

Great location but uncomfortable bed
Great location. Walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Very near to Piazza Navona and the St. Peters Church. Hence the location was perfect and very convenient. Also nice and quiet neighborhood. Though our room was not facing the street, maybe why we felt it very quiet. However the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Could actually feel the springs through the mattress. And pillows very small and thin. Almost felt like sleeping without pillow. Furthermore, the room was not very clean. There was dusty everywhere, and it wasn't cleaned during our stay of one week. Seemed like house keeping only made the bed and cleaned the toilet and bath. But layer of dust everywhere was still there after housekeeping. Also there had not been vacuumed for a very long time under the bed, and it was not done during our stay either. Anyway, it was worth the stay due the very good location. And also very nice that we had key to the main doors so no need to have contact with reception or anyone else.

Rom ist eine Besuch wert.
Ein altehrwürdigs Stadthaus mit kleinen Zimmern. Preis-Leistung ist okay. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Rombesuche optimal. Die Ausstattung ist dem Preis angemssen. Die Sauberkeit würde ich mit 3-4 bewerten (es müsste mal Staub gewischt werden). Sonst sind die Zimmer recht gemütlich und für den Rombesuch ausreichend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Absolutely perfect position.
We arrived late due to a two hour flight delay, but it didn't cause a problem with the guest house, even though it was after midnight. The staff on reception were very helpful explaining the best way to get about, and what we should see.

Excellent Location, good value for money
Good value for money. The location is excellent. Piazza Cavour is a trendy neighbourhood with all the roman glitter and restaurants but away from the crowds of tourists. It is 10 minutes walk to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and really a bus ride (not more than 15 minutes) from the Coliseum. The rooms are small and basic but clean and tidy. It will help if there was some tea and coffee provisions in each room, but given that, when in Rome, one doesnt spend much time in one’s room, this accommodation should suffice. Staff are helpful, particularly Ovidio, he deserves a special mention. He was more than happy to go above and beyond the call of duty to explain the transport system and to arrange anything we needed. He was proactive contacting our previous accommodation to retrieve some items we forgot. He was a (roman) fountain of knowledge when it came to things to do and how to arrange for day tours. It was reassuring and a pleasure to liaise with Ovidio .

Decent place to stay
We selected this accommodation mainly based on price so our expectations weren't too high. It was an OK place to stay. Best of all is it was rather quiet, we weren't disturbed by the sound of other guests. VERY GOOD location, just around the corner from the airport bus (Piazza Cavour). Aside from that, nice and safe neighborhood within walking distance from most tourist attractions. OK bathroom with toiletries. On the minus side: Numb and rather narrow bed, very worn towels, absolutely no ventilation in the room, sleeping with an open window is a must (thank goddess it wasn't in the middle of the summer!).

posizione bellissima nei pressi di piazza cavour. ideale per chi deve recarsi in corte di cassazione come in uffici limitrofi. Si trova facilmente parcheggio soprattutto la sera tardi.
