The first run we were given had a loud motor running outside the window. When we asked to change the room, the receptionist offered to give us an upgrade- at an extra cost!!! What kind of service is this?
When we first checked in, I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included. He mumbled something which sounded like "yes". Upon checkout, he attempted to charge us an arbitrary fee for breakfast- a fee which wasn't listed or explained anywhere.
When we objected to this, he suddenly told us not to pay it. His sudden change of heart makes us think that the breakfast fee was just something he made up in his head!
