Great location and beautiful building but the rooms are dated and desperately need updating
I had a great stay! The staff was always lovely and super helpful (especially with my hesitant Spanish). It is very conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and the rest of the city. The room was SPACIOUS and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
We looked for a local and convenient hotel at affordable rate. Surprisingly, this hotel is quite new, in great condition with super friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised - very happy with this affordable hotel.
The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. They had convenient parking. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and good hours. We would stay there again.
This is a nice hotel conveniently placed for the cathedrals & the Roman bridge, & within 10-15 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor.
We had a hassle with another "hotel" in the city, so had to find an alternative in a hurry. We were delighted to find the Eurostars Las Claras. It was excellent.
We had a lovely three night stay in this hotel. It is well situated on the edge of the main tourist centre of Salamanca - next to the Dominican Monastery and the Poor Clare's Convent and very convenient for the Cathedral, University and main square.
The accommodation was of a good size - we were a family of three and shared a room easily. It was clean and well looked after and well sound insulated.
Disappointingly the hotel did not have an evening bar which meant we had to either go out or relax in our room. I would have thought that a hotel of this calibre would have had a bar.
Be warned - the underground car park is very tight and difficult to get out of. We hired a car and not knowing how to manoeuvre it very well meant we scratched the car which obviously then had to be paid for on return. Looking at the state of the exit I don't think we were the first!
All in a very nice hotel in a city we would well recommend for a short stay.
The location is excellent. The people at the front desk were focused on service, we received some tips that helped us to walk around to find places very fast. The days we did not have breakfast we found some snacks to finish our day. This small detail made our stay absolutely enjoyable.

Las claras was walking distance to several attractions.
The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and
the staff friendly and helpful with information about where professional pictures were taking from.
