The property was in need of remodeling and deep cleaning. The A/C unit was filthy, carpets worn out. Looked like a good place to open a meth lab. I requested cancellation of my second night, and received it. I wouldn't have stayed the first night, however, I arrived at midnight. NEVER AGAIN!

Staff was great, bed and beddings were excellent and clean! Outside pool and hot tub not functional and dirty. Toilets are very low to the floor like most old hotels. Only one trash can in room. Breakfast was just okay. Overall well worth the $115.00!

This is the dirtiest hotel room i have stayed at in the last 25 years. I tool pictures wheich i will try to post when i get home. I am disappointed that expedua evens lists this hotel andnsurprised wyndham has this place NEVER again

The building is very old and several things need maintenance. The commode did not flush well and the main door handle was broken but it did lock. The positive was the shower head and the hot water. Comfortable beds.

Only 2nd floor rooms and no elevator - and I have a fractured back. I can’t see how they get away with this with ADA. Also, room advertised on Expedia as “with kitchen”. When we arrived, they said they have no rooms with kitchen. Water stains on ceiling. Carpet filthy

This place had a very nice lobby, nice breakfast room off the lobby, but the room was a dump. Furniture with drawers all missing and warped from maybe water damage. And the bathroom.Ugh. Wallpaper on one wall discolored.Bathroom door scraping on the floor tiles and dirty.Ugh for the sink / bathtub. And breakfast, forget it. The hot breakfast ?? was empty. No staff around to ask, not even at reception. Zero.

Let me say first that the staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member found me tea to drink as I’m not a coffee drinker. The poor rating has to do with the noise! I guess because of our room location( overlooking the pool area) it was very noisy. Dogs barking, noisy guests above us , toilet constantly running because of a slow leak, vacuuming the hall at 6:30 am. and hearing loud mechanical noises next to us. We were not next to the elevator or stairs. If staying ask to be at the end of the hall if you want quiet.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The lobby looks nice but smells like old cigarette smoke. The smell goes down the hall as well. Our room did not appear to be clean - there was candy on the floor, the bed cover appeared dirty, there were chunks of used soap stuck to the shower curtain, and the wooden furniture all appears to be beaten up and not wiped off. So it’s ok just for a nights sleep, but it’s not somewhere I would look forward to coming back to. I will keep my shoes on to walk on the carpet.

There was a terrible smell when walking into the building and our room. There seems to be a lot of long term residents living at the property. If you plan on eating the continental breakfast you better get up extra early. It was all wiped out by 630am on a Saturday and did not get replenished. Our room was filthy, especially the floor and bathroom. The pool was nice and staff were friendly.

No problem with front desk staff, nice people. We were driving thru and stopped for a few hours sleep. The room smelled awful, and the bathroom needed a deep scrub or full replacement. I can’t comment on the breakfast or anything else, as we were up early and left. Did appear dog friendly, so that’s a positive if traveling with pets.

This place was dirty. The bathroom had dried toilet paper stuck to the bathroom floor and the sink was leaking. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned throughout the entire hotel. I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly though.

I had expected a decent hotel as it is associated with Wyndham. But this was probably the worst place i have ever stayed. Immediately upon entering there is a smell of damp unkept hotel. We ckeck in late and i just wanted to get my kids to bed so i didn't complain then but.. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds in our room- they were double so it was tough sleeping. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The chair in the room was that kind of damp with oil from being used for a long time and never cleaned. I would let anyone sit in it. Then in the am my husband went to make coffee in the maker in our room and the small little pot had the dregs of coffee so old in it there was mold growing!!! Told the desk in the am- 'oh sorry' was all i got. Will never stay there again!! This wont let me add the pictures i took of dirty floors and moldy coffee pots...

An acceptable room for the cost, given that it is high season. I booked a ground level room, originally told there were none. The manager chased after us in the parking lot and said he had one available, it was a welcome relief not to climb to the second floor. In the end, the managers kindness won out over everything! The room was adequately, clean, with adequate amenities, a really nice, hot breakfast, I would go back again.
