My like was area very quiet and the staff was awesome. Dislike: Wifi was not working, After i stepped out and came back they changed and replaced towels did not fix my bed. It was huge bug on the wall of room and know one was there to kill it. I dont do bugs. Manager couldnt figure what was going on with wifi i watched 2 channels the whole weekend.

The property was under construction, heavy smell of paint & paint remover , the air conditioner was not very cold and the door key issues of not working. It took the front desk at least 16 tries to get access for the room key. No breakfast like stated there would be. Staff at desk not courteous at all . I should have been made aware under construction so I could go elsewhere. Not happy with this trip at all. Very very dissatisfied.

We stayed due to a visit at a local college. Upon entering the room, it smelled like mildew. The bathroom shower stall was dirty. The cleanliness overall was minimal at best.

Attention to detail is not a strong suit of the housekeeping staff. There was trash and crumbs in the corners and under the desk, and although the washcloth and hand towel were neatly folded, there was a dark, short, and curly hair on the washcloth.

We thought the stay was a good value. Room was clean. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was a bit lacking. There could have been maybe some yogurt offered. Really no protein offerings. But there is a Denny's adjacent with the hotel offering a 10% discount at Denny's as well as the adjacent Pizza shop. We'd stay there again.

Building needs renovations. Hallways are dark, carpet needed cleaning. Room was small and smelled of mold/mildew. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The other hotels in the area where I would typically stay were fully booked or crazy expensive.

We arrived in the PM ... the initial room was dirty and the bathroom smelled of urine ... we were given a second room and again, the bathroom smelled of urine ... upon looking at a third, that room wasn't even cleaned. We were able to get a no-penalty cancellation (per the on-duty clerk) and found a nice room in a hotel less than a half mile away.

The employees are the only good thing about this hotel. I do not understand how it is so highly rated. I only wanted one thing - clean room. I got exactly the opposite of it. The blankets were dirty (we ended up using sheets only), the mirror was all smudged, the rug was disgusting. My little one played barefoot for 30mins and his feet were literally black from the dirt. I even took a photo. I was in disbelief. The pool was dirty, the cleaning system/filter was not working. The laundry did not work. Breakfast had very limited options. Some danish, bagels with butter/cream cheese and cereals. We made our own breakfast, so not that important. The employees were kind, but that didn’t compensate for the extremely dirty room. Overall, a great disappointment.

The property is convenient to the highway and local shopping. The housekeeping staff appears to have not been properly trained or they’re taking short cuts. The shower door in my room was filthy. Caked on soap scum is just not acceptable.

Nice hotel except for the TV
Great front desk. Had to come back downstairs bc the TV didn’t work. Changed rooms (no problem), but found the TV was analog only. That means they cheap out and don’t pay for digital cable: squashed, low-res image on a tiny TV (unlike your TV image at home which is crystal clear and image us edge to edge on the screen). It may not sound like much, but it makes it almost unwatchable. WiFi was good and free, so I streamed the basketball game and movies on my iPad. That’s a big thing in a hotel room. But, the free breakfast was pretty good (make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, juice bagels, cereal, etc.( And if you don’t like that, there’s a yummy Denny’s on the other side of the lot. But the TV situation is enough to make you think twice about staying here. Cheap, dumb move, Sleep Inn.

For a two star hotel, it’s very well cared for, clean, and comfortable. There is a solid included breakfast (although the coffee is not great). The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. I would stay there again.
