The front Desk Staff was not upto the mark, very very slow, incommunicable. Rooms have small issue of curtains not closing completely on the sides due to structural defect. The breakfast lay was not to the standards of other Swiss Bel Hotels where I have stayed. The staff in the Swiss Cafe was more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of looking after the guests.

Comfortable stay but bathroom not clean
We enjoyed our 1 Night stay at Swiss-bel. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was just not clean enough, lots of mould that looks like it has never been scrubbed. Breakfast was good also.

The hotel is getting old need major improvement for its rooms. However, location is close to an old shopping center too, SCP (Samarinda Central Plaza).

We asked for a smoke free room and our room was labeled as smoke free. But as soon as you opened the door you could smell the smoke. Our clothes still reek of smoke. The safe box in the room did not work.

this hotel located in front of the ocean. ask for a sea view. no hair dryer iniside the rooom. maybe we have to asked for ii. overall is nice to stay in this hotel.

Comfortable, clean, attentive and helpful staff
Have been staying in this hotel since 2011, some rooms and common area has been refurbished so it looks better however some couches/sofas/dining chairs need to be upholstered.

Lokasi sangat strategis
Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan mall dan tempat makan (tapi tidak direkomendasikan untuk yang tepat di seberang hotel, harganya mahal). Saat saya datang, hotel sedang proses renovasi, jd di lobby tercium bau lem yang menyengat. Sarapannya enak, tapi untuk kelas bintang 4 menurut saya kurang bervariasi, dan ada menu yang salah tulis.

Hotel perlu perawatan.
Hotel sudah terlihat tua, lift hanya 2 dan kapasitas kecil sehingga agak lama. Kebersihan di shower - kurang, sepertinya dinding/pintu kaca shower kurang perawatan. Shower head banyak scaling. Air panas/dingin tidak stabil begitu juga pressurenya.

やや古いタイプの大型ホテルという感じでした。シャワーのお湯の温度が終始ぬるかったのですが、暑い外から帰ってくるので問題ありませんでした。ショッピングモールも近くにあり買物も便利でした。

Hotellet er fint med hyggelig personale, men personlig syntes jeg rengjøringen av rommet kunne vært bedre. Det hendte også at jeg kunne se maur på rommet, og det var flere små hull i veggene i enkelte hjørner. Ville likevel benyttet samme hotellet ettersom jeg tror det holder god standard for regionen.

Hotel is aged, need to be renovated. Price is not cheap, but then again there are only limited number of hotels is Samarinda. Walking distance to nearby shopping mall. Breakfast is decent. Overall, very average hotel.

Saya pesan 2 kamar untuk 2 malam dengan 2 nomor booking, dan sudah bayar lunas saat pemesanan. Setiba di hotel, hanya 1 kamar tersedia, dengan alasan hotel sudah penuh. Pihak hotel berkeras saya hanya membayar untuk 1 kamar, meskipun saya sudah menunjukkan voucher hotel (tercantum sudah lunas). BORNEOは自然が多くて…
ホテルの周辺は現地の方の生活圏なので、とても騒がしいですが、ホテル内に入ると静けさを取り戻せます。チェックインの際、ウェルカムドリンクが振る舞われるのですが、要求しないと頂けません。ドリンクは緑色したメロンジュースみたいなドリンクです…ロビー階にレストランがありして朝食はバイキング形式で、量はまぁまぁですが、質は「中」程度でした。そのレストランの隣がプールになっており、とても綺麗に管理されて、水も奇麗でした。ただし、SPAのジャグジーはお湯が臭くて、サウナは50℃～60℃しか温度が上がらないので、まったくサウナ効果は期待出来ません。SPAでリラックスを求める方はとてもガッカリしてしまいます。SPA内はあまり清潔ではありませんでした。。。今度は隣のアストンにしてみます(ー_ー)
