Lovely Hotel/Vintage Feel & Convenient Location

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Loved the Mid-Century Style
We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is older and has a unique vintage feel and design. The rooms are very large and clean. The pool is beautiful (and was also clean) and all of the staff we met were very friendly. It is conveniently located on the quiet end of the riverwalk and only a few minutes walk to the main riverwalk location. We will most definitely stay again when visiting San Antonio.

Okay hotel for the price

Posted Oct 10, 2014
Pros: Quiet.
Location: Nothing is near by, you have to walk about a mile in order to get to restaurants and other shopping stores. Not too bad if you want to walk a little
The hotel is okay, you get what you pay for. The staff and service was great. Friendly staff all around. The hotel is away from the action of the Riverwalk. There are no restaurants close by. You have to pay 18 dollars to park each night in the hotel lot.

convenient hotel right on the beautiful Riverwalk

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: Just steps away from the Tobin center where we went to a concert. Close to the riverwalk.
Cons: Room was a little humid. Better air conditioning might have helped that. It kept the room cool, but did not help the humidity.
Location: Super close to the Tobin center for concerts. Close to the less-busy stretch of the riverwalk-great for romantic evening strolls.
Loved this hotel. It was convenient, clean and the staff was amazing and friendly. We loved the retro feel and the relaxing vibe.

Riverwalk hotel???

Posted Sep 28, 2014
This hotel is on the riverwalk but at least a full mile before any stores or restaurants. There is no where to eat anywhere near hotel so don't come back hungry. The day we were there they had pool closed so that was a problem. There is an overpriced deli onsite and a lounge. Would not stay here again

Mediocre all the way.......

Pros: Staff
Cons: Everything else
Nice staff - okay location. Everything else is mediocre at best. Plus expensive parking charges.
