Couple of hiccups but nice overall
We stayed here during April vacation 2024, two families, 10 people total. The house did the trick for us but we did have a few issues. The common area upstairs does not have air conditioning, and it gets hot, so we did not spend any time here. Because of this, we actually watched a hockey game in one of the bedrooms. There were tons of mosquitos in the house, especially in the bathrooms; we sprayed bug repellant to keep them at bay. The two hot tubs were nice and the view from the balcony is amazing! The night just lights up with noise from the frogs and insects. I enjoyed it, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Getting in and out of the neighborhood was easy, and the location is right off the highway, so you can get to many area attractions quickly. The kitchen could use some updating but we were still able to prepare several meals here which helped save a bit of money on food. Overall it is a nice place with a few things that need some attention.

Great stay
House was clean and large! The back desk is awesome providing a lovely view of the mountains behind the home. ACs in all bedrooms really helped up sleep (also AC on the main floor). The host was quite helpful, answering questions quickly and providing us a new pan when we requested one.

Great for our needs
We were a party of 10 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The view from the large verandah is really lovely - it overlooks a beautiful tropical forest and the night sounds were wonderful. Count on a few minutes to get out of the estate (there are a few efficient speed bumps) but it's very convenient to all sorts of activities.

Great location and incredible views!
Our multi generational family stayed in this house for 3 nights and our experience was fantastic! Beautiful views, the covered patio is so great during the daily rains - we basically lived out there when we weren’t sleeping. The property has AC in all 5 bedrooms and main floor. The upstairs TV area does not have AC but there are lots of windows and fans available, but if you are like us, nobody was watching any TV, we’d rather be outside on the patio or in the hot tub. Wi-Fi worked great. The home is fully stocked, kitchens, baths, laundry etc… owner/manager was very responsive by text when one of the bedroom AC quit working, he found us an immediate resolution. The property is located very close to several public beaches, el yunque National park, shops/restaurants etc… but then is beautifully quiet in the evenings. Lots of nature around (lizards), a few inside and lots outside. Never a problem, they are just present all over in PR. Would absolutely rent here again!! I hope your family enjoys their time in PR as much as we did.

Property was wonderful with an absolutely stunning view from the back patio. Host was very responsive and fixed an air conditioning issue for us very quickly. We also organized a private chef for dinner one night (chef Mari Blanca) and it was excellent. Would recommend!

We were a family of 9, ages 64-1, celebrating a big anniversary. This was the perfect house for us to all be together and have space to spread out. While not a "mansion" by some definitions, it is big! The best part is the huge covered veranda overlooking the rainforest, and with a beautiful view of El Yunque. We ate most meals on the veranda. The 6 and 1 year olds loved playing out there. A good beach is a 10 minute drive away. It has small waves so the kids played safely. The sunset and view of El Yunque from the beach are beautiful. The house has beach towels, chairs, and sand toys. A/C worked great. The lower yard is beautiful for a gathering. We all enjoyed the hot tubs, which were clean. The main gathering room is upstairs, kind of away from the action of the kitchen and veranda, which meant we barely used it. A TV on the lower level would make sense but that was okay. Jose was quick to respond to all inquiries about the property and helped us land an in-house chef for our first night, which was so fun! We would return to this house again!

Terrific!
Wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Great access to many fun activities in the local area. We did not understand that the pool is a neighborhood resource. Not a problem, just something to be clear on that the pool is not at the house. Highly reccomend.

Thanksgiving in Liquillo
This area is very humid so the AC at night was needed and worked in all but one bedroom. The bedroom with the AC issue was reported nut not repaired during our visit so it is still an outstanding issue at this juncture. The rear patio was wonderful and highly utilized - it had a great view of the rain forest and a wide variety of birds passed by regularly.

30th Birthday Getaway
Pictures do no justice for this beautiful casita . Spectacular views . 10 / 10 I recommend ! Stayed here and enjoyed my 30th birthday with my family . 2022 Puerto Rico Family Vacation
For our PR family vacation, we were looking for lodging that would accommodate a large group. When we found this home at the Haciendas Margarita, it was just the perfect place for a huge group. Everyone had their own private bedroom, enough space inside and outside of the house and the community is safe, clean and beautiful. We had minimal setbacks, but the property owner was immediately response and resolved issues quickly, responsibly, respectfully and professionally. The home is beautiful and there is a lower level area which is very modern that we were given access to that was really up to date in design, interior decorating and appliances—would suggest a modern sleek style for the larger part of the home as well. Besides this, we as a group highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a large property in a clean and safe community. Thanks Jose and continued blessings to you!

Absolutely Stunning Property
This house was 1000% accurate to the photos posted on this listing and the property was BREATHTAKING. The location was very central to everything we had planned excursion wise with lots of AMAZING local food options close by. The house was very spacious and was fully furnished with appliances to cook, clean, and do laundry, AND grill out on the patio. Beautiful gated community with a huge pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and very kind/friendly security staff. I can't stress enough the backyard views. The host was very generous in providing a pack n play for our 2-year-old which was so amazing to not have to pack and travel with on our end. The house was also equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and towels which I thought was very cool. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay when we had questions. HIGHLY recommend this property and can't wait to go back.

Perfection
My husband and I celebrated our 10 wedding anniversary and we had total party of 10 staying with us at the house. We had plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The views and outside space is incredible, pictures do not do this place justice! When I say this house has EVERYTHING it literally has everything you could possibly need in a home. We had Erika with Que Rico cater brunch & mimosas, a family anniversary dinner, and a few other evenings for dinner and it was perfect and she was super accommodating. We absolutely loved this property and would love to book again with the owner in the future.

Most Gorgeous Flat and Views
We were a group of 8 ladies celebrating an upcoming marriage and traveled to the area to be in nature and close to the beach. We were blown away by the beauty of the property- the sweeping views of green on one side and distance view of the water on another. The house was perfectly sized and even with only 2 full bathrooms, we had no issues. We only had a quick trip to El Yunque which was amazing. And another quick trip to Luquillo Beaches. The house was well supplied with cooking materials, beach items, and towels. We enjoyed the hot tubs and hearing the coqui, roosters, and other birds. The host was also very responsive and answered any questions and also offered suggestions. It was a magical stay and we hope to stay again!

Beautiful home with incredible view
This home is fantastic. Well appointed rooms, plenty of space, and all the supplies you could ever need in the kitchen. We were able to utilize the beach towels and chairs on our beach adventures. Easy access to Luquillo beach while feeling away from it all. The club house has a beautiful playground and large pool. We had a combined family vacation with 7 adults and 3 small children. This home accommodated us all very comfortably. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, Great house!
The house was great, and centrally located. The pics don’t fully depict the Britt of the property. Large open floor plan with plenty of room. Only 2 showers was a little inconvenient with the size of the house, but we made it work. Overall, great location and we’d definitely return!

This property was great and larger than we thought from the pictures. They provided everything you needed from beach gear to pots/pans to basic condiments. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at night and it was honestly a little spooky and difficult to find the house. But once the sun came out we realized how amazing it was. The property manager was great and quickly answered all questions.

Family Friendly with Gorgeous View
My family stayed at this property last month for a week; 6 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of space. The home is very spacious. The views are stunning. The owner was incredibly responsive to any issues and all of our requests. We were all very impressed by how comfortable the beds were! The owner recommended a private chef who lives in the same neighborhood. She was AMAZING! A lot of restaurants are still difficult to get into, but this way we had a chance to have delicious, local food without carting 11 people around. The house is only about 5 minutes from Luquillo beach which has bathrooms, a food stand, alcohol, showers, etc. I highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful trip!!!

A beautiful home and perfect for a family vacation
The house was gorgeous and spacious. It had big bed rooms and everyone was able to spread our - perfect for a family vacation of adults! It was well situated and close to everything we wanted to do. Just a short drive to the kiosks in Luquillo and the boating activities in Fajardo. It was nestled away at the base of El Yunque and felt like our own tropical paradise. It was such a lovely home and we will absolutely return here on another trip to Puerto Rico.

I can't say enough about this place. From the rainforest to your back, to the balcony, to the overall size of the space, and back this place is a definitely win. The host was very accommodating and even allowed us early checkin since we came to PR much earlier than anticipated. Please note there are 2 beds in the room next to the big Master (not the master suite). Cant wait to come again.

The property and home were unbelievably beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and some cooking odds and ends. Could use some additional beach towels, but I highly recommend the stay here. The neighborhood is lovely and it's super close to beautiful beaches, good food, and great diving out of Fajardo. It's a really easy drive to Old San Juan and the airport. We ate breakfast at the home every day just to sit on the back porch and look out at the sunrise over the rainforest.
