This property was definitely a mixed bag. The check-in process was quick and easy. Upon entering the property, first impression is wonderful. The unit was very clean, and view is impressive. Positives - A/C worked well, as did the refrigerator and coffee maker. The entire unit was clean. Shower worked well, quality towels and washcloths provided. High top table/chairs in the living room provided a good spot for eating and looking at the view. Entry into the facility through the gate/into the building was seamless, use a fob on the keyring. Provided keycard does not work. Location was great, convenient for access to many Fajardo activities, restaurants and shops (with a car). Only 30 minutes El Yunque Visitor Center. Negatives - Disappointing that many items noted by previous reviews had not fixed. There is only one light fixture, in the entryway, that works. The light/ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and light in kitchen do not work. Unit is very dark in evening/morning. Mattress is not supportive, bed frame is light weight - two people will end up in the middle of the bed. Bedframe creaks at every movement. Paint is peeling many areas. Balcony is inviting, except A/C units exhaust there so temp is way to hot to sit out and enjoy. Small shelf in bathroom is non-usable, it would take 2 screws installed to fix. Door handle on one slider is broken/hanging loose - nonfunctional. An issue arose needing assistance, host took six hours to respond.

Building and pool are nice and well kept. Room could use some TLC but it worked well for sleeping and cooking small meals.

This property has amazing views, building itself is well maintained and area is conducive to lots of activities line El yunque, luquillo and all ferries to the islands. Apartment itself can get a lil refreshing, more towels, only given a washcloth no hand towels. Overall a great time

Location: perfect. View beautiful. Major TLC needed. Electric stove did not work. No light in kitchen. Living room light/fan did not work. Bedroom light/fan did not work. Shelf at bathroom mirror need fixing, Handle to sliding door in living room nonfunctional. White electronic key was old and did not open door to lobby and most time did not open gate to parking. On last day of our visit a resident told us about an devise attached to the key would open door as well as gates. Thanks but too late for us, apartment not in condition for rental

Decent but better options
I gave this place a 3 out of 5 and that feels a bit generous. The futon is comically small. TV is too and very high in relation to the futon. We didn’t use the kitchen, but not much to write home about there. On the bright side, the view is nice and in line with the photos.

This was a nice apartment with a beautiful view. The check-in process was complicated with 3 hurdles to gain enterance - the gate, the building and then the apartment. Very stressful as we had problems with the building entrance as we were not aware that the fob on the key chain was the device to put over the reader at the door.

Keyfob never opened the main gate and the landlord never answered my email. This apartment needs serious remodeling. The bed frame is crap, the handle to open the sliding door was busted, the paint was peeling. I would suggest to pay a bit more for another place.

Excellent Option in Fajardo
The condo is an excellent option for a short stay in Fajardo. It is comfortable for two people that don't plan to cook, since the kitchen is on the small side. AC works well. The view and balcony are wonderful, and you can't beat the location, near Las Croabas fishing village, the marina, restaurants, bars, beaches and the rainforest. Check-in/out and general access is mostly automated and functional. We felt safe.

Perfect view and proximity to beaches but roach
Loved our view, the scenery and security of the property. Everything was perfect until roaches were throughout the apartment, it got into our food in the kitchen, luggage’s in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Property manager was contacted but no immediate action was taken. We could not truly enjoy it with the roaches throughout the apartment.

Was nice for the price! If you get out and runaround and come home to sleep at night it's perfect. It is small but was perfect for what we needed. Needs a few updates but the view from the balcony is amazing!

Fajardo adventures
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, area was safe and beautiful. The room was exactly as it showed on the listing and the view was beautiful. We had easy access to the adventures we came for: El Yunque Rainforest hike, Bio Bay kayaking and Culebra Island snorkeling. Perfect place for adventures and a couples retreat.

The condo is in a good location with getting to certain activities such as beach, bio bay and Ferry. The property is very secured with guarded gate. Inside the condo could use an update but did not hinder our visit. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Beautiful view.

Can’t beat the view
I needed a place that would allow me to do remote work easily and also be close to the activities we wanted to do while in PR. I really miss working on the balcony and enjoying the gorgeous view! The property is located close to restaurants and bars, and pretty close to the beaches and rainforest as well! We had a great trip!

Nice condo with a splendid view
I was generally pleased with the rental. It’s in a gated building, in a safe location by the marina, with AC and a splendid balcony view. A few things could be repaired or improved, like the shower drain.

Disappointing
It would serve the owner of the unit well to invest on furniture that is both comfortable and stylish. The couch is uncomfortable and low quality and is lawn furniture. The mattress is also uncomfortable and low quality which did not lead to a good night's rest. The owner should also provide beach chairs which is usually provided. Overall it was a disappointing stay for the price we paid for the unit. Will not be returning to the unit.

We stayed three nights, and the view was amazing! The location was close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The small fridge and microwave met our needs, and the small cooler with wheels really helped us out as well. We used each every day. Linda was very responsive when I emailed questions prior to our trip, and premises were secure. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great view!
We enjoyed coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous bay. Great location for nearby eateries. Beware, though, that not much is open on Sunday mornings and this property does not provide coffee. Bring snacks and coffee/tea to make the mornings easier. Bed is a bit springy. Internet is slow. Neither of these aspects affected our wonderful time in Farjado and at this condo with a view.

Absolutely beautiful views and perfect size for a weekend stay. Would recommend. Only issue is that internet was down the ENTIRE time. Owner had us call and repair the internet (on our vacation) ourselves.

Nos gustó pasar nuestro aniversario aquí. El apartamento pequeño pero acogedor, perfecto para parejas. Hermosa vista desde el balcón y la ubicación es perfecta para visitar lugares de interés cercanos. Con buen estacionamiento y seguridad. Único detalle es que el apartamento necesita reparar varios detalles, como pintura, gabinetes defectuosos, entre otras cosas. Pero si nos volveríamos a quedar y a recomendarlo.
