My welcoming to our cozy apartment has everything you need for your San Juan trip. The unit is with 1bedroom comes with AC, Wi-Fi, and a laptop-friendly workspace. The bathroom is big. Perfect for a couple. Our Airbnb is within driving distance of several popular restaurants, Choliseo, train routes, and nightclubs. An ideal base to explore San Juan.

I came to Puerto Rico for my 26th birthday. I haven’t been since a little girl so it was a great time enjoying time with family and also meeting new people! The property was beautiful and comforting. Thank you for a great experience!

Arrived a day early, for some reason I thought my reservation started on Wednesday, instead it was the 25th to the 30th. The owner of the property was accommodating in allowing me an earlier check in...The neighborhood was quiet, very safe since they have 2 police stations close by. Lot's of nice restaurants within walking distance. My favorite places we're Esencia rest, Buen Vecino for breakfast! Overall my experience was very satisfying...I recommend this property 100%.. Would stay at this property again...

Ok overnight spot - surprise unit change and no hot water in shower.
Property is centrally located to everything you could want to drive to around SJ. Arrived with a small kitchenette (propane gas stove, microwave, fridge). Check in was stressful. No keys in the lockbox as described, turns out host had mixed up reservations (two units on property) and we had to call to get keys to the open unit. Unit B (NOT C as in this listing) had no hot water for shower, and A/C unit was sporadic overnight. Kitchen worked as expected. Did not use propane stove. WiFi did not match instructions in listing, and attempts to connect failed with password provided on router or listing. No issues after check in beyond what was stated above. Cost is pretty much you get what you pay for.

The host is amazing and resolves everything timely. Even the neighbor helped me. Really cozy, great kitchen and bathroom. This is 5 star quality hosting and services!!!!! Only issues: bedsheets smelled damp, neighbors were noisy up to 1:30am one day and not many pking spaces. Also, I'd suggest a closed trash dump, instead of it being at the gate. Small details, that will make this a 10 star place. Will use again!!!

The apartment was nice & Clean. There's various bars across the street which we didn't mind on the contrary but due to that, there was no packing available during the night. I suggest have parking reserved other then that it was great!! I recommended it.

Very cozy little property. It was very clean. Perfect for just one person or a couple. I liked that it was very safe, in that it had a locked gate at the entrance and the door to the unit automatically locks. The only issue I had, and this is out of the control of the owner, is that there is a bar at the end of the street, and there were a couple nights where people were really loud at like 1-3am (bars are open til like 5 am), it wasn’t every night just Friday and Saturday and it wasn’t all night so it didn’t bother me too bad. Just wanted to give a heads up about that potential. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance. Overall I really enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Only problem was no Wi-Fi/ internet entire stay. We were told it was due to near by explosion- maybe power outage and since it was over a weekend they could not call for help as company was closed.
