Overall good experience, unfortunately microwave and a light in our room did not work but otherwise fine, spacious & clean. Most staff members were pleasant. Wish more kid activities were offered on site. Everything I had from Breakfast and happy hour was good and restaurant food was delicious.

My fiancé and I had the best experience at this hotel. Very close to the water. Everyone was helpful. The pool was clean and the casino was so much fun. 10/10 recommend

This hotel is a great stay. My family enjoyed their stay, we loved the complimentary breakfast and drinks. The pool was so refreshing, what topped it, was that it's open till 11 pm.

This property is old, and there is nothing that can be done about that, except a multi million dollar renovation. That being said, the customers service was excellent and the location is also great! We were skeptical when we first arrived, but it grew on us and definitely won us over by the time we left.

Bath was not properly updated . Bar handle coming off the wall, table was stained with labels and marks . Chairs was very old . Asked for room service only got towels , only one day they cleaned the room. Wish it was better .

The hotel really needs a renovation.the pool had railings that needed painting,tiles that needed grout. The pool was not the cleanest. There was green algae on the pool tiles all over pool the deck. The suite was fine. The buffet breakfast was awful. Very limited selections.hot cereal was inedible as were the powdered scrambled eggs. The fresh fruit was unripe honey dew and pineapple every other day. the hotel restaurants were decent.valet parking was good.

Great location to set up as base. Love the free breakfast, cocktail hour. These two items alone set ES apart from the rest of hotels in the area. Also really like the Cueva Del Mar restaurant. Excellent food and drinks.

The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the airport and walkable to stores, restaurants and the beach. I did not end up eating at the hotel restaurant because they made us stand there waiting for at least 10 minutes and nobody sat us so I just left. There are plenty of other places to eat. The pool is beautiful and there are a lot of beach chairs. The room was great that there was a separate living space the bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant. A really great attraction aside from what I mentioned is they have free buffet style breakfast everyday. The casino was an added bonus. I overall really liked my stay at Embassy Suites.

This is my second time staying at this property. They have the best amenities. Breakfast from 6:30-9:30am. 5:30-7:00pm 2 free drinks for adults and snacks for kids. From 9:30-4:30 reserved spot on beach with towels, umbrellas, and chairs. House keeping came daily.

My sheets were stained. The sent new ones up immediately after I requested. For $1500 I feel they should have already been white as possible! Staff friendly . Hotel is pretty ! Rooms are not fancy.

Our room was not clean to normal standards. For the amount charged, it being the Embassy Suites and based on the main entry, which was gorgeous; I expected our room to be much cleaner than it was. It was very disappointing, but we had no other options at that point.

My family’s stay at Embassy Hilton was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and clean with a bar and fun music. It’s in a great location, very close to the beautiful beach, lots of dining options, and less than 10 minutes to the Luis Marín Airport. We rented a car to travel the island so the garage was a major selling point for us as well as the free breakfast buffet daily. Overall a great stay! Thanks Embassy!
