The property it’s very nice, it has one bedroom and a living room but they are not separated by a door, therefore even if there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, this apartment is more comfortable for 2 people then for 3 adults. The ocean view is beautiful and the apartment is comfortable. One thing to notice: the location form Expedia app it is not accurate and was not easy to find the apartment, I suggest to search “Miranda beauty” that is a shop exactly under the building to easily find the apartment.

We had a nice stay at this property. It’s centrally located, and only one block from the beach. The balcony view is amazing. Other positives included free parking, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler and body board. The only disappointment was that the stove did not work as well as one of the burners. If you plan on cooking, I would recommend checking with the owner to see if that issue was addressed. Otherwise, a enjoyable stay.

Great location!
This condo was perfect for two people. It is a 15 minute ride from Old San Juan and airport. We loved the modern furnishings, and the bed was very comfortable. The view is amazing and we loved having our morning coffee on the balcony. We did not cook but made use of the coffee maker and refrigerator. The bathroom is tiny but clean. We truly appreciated the beach chairs and cooler! We crossed the street and walked a block to get on the beach. An Uber arrived within 2 minutes whenever we needed one. Lastly David was very helpful with recommendations of things to see and do.

Great place
Rented this apartment for a week. When we got there it was very clean and smelled great. There is everything you need for cooking, bathing and even going down to the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves there and definitely will be staying there again in the future, the owner is also very responsive. Thanks again David for letting us stay we really did love it.

Good, could have been great!
The property owner thought of many details that made this condo exceptional. He added numerous little touches to create an atmosphere of a "home away from home". Great location, close to the beach and next door to a convenience store featuring fresh produce and vegan foods! However, when a problem came up with the air conditioning, his response was less than timely. We spent valuable vacation time waiting for a technician that took more than a day to arrive and resolve the issue. We were inconvenienced by the malfunctioning air-conditioner. Additionally, the building (more than 21 floors) had one working elevator and during our stay that elevator stopped working as well. Result, no working elevators. We spent a great deal of time waiting in the lobby or on the 21st floor of this busy building for the elevator when it was operable. According to residents this was not a new problem; unfortunate. The owner did not appear appreciative of the time we spent away from our itinerary to ensure his property was available for repair, when he was informed of the air conditioning issue. He made no attempt to accommodate us for our time. This could have been a GREAT experience with more attention focused on meeting our needs, specifically in the case of unexpected repairs. Food for thought!

I stayed at Mr. Soto's apartment for seven relaxing days. His place was very clean and comfortable for my cousin and I. Everyday was a little different because I rented a car, and was able to travel wherever I wanted to go, and not have a hustle looking for a spot to park, because the unit has it's own parking spot. The building has security downstairs which helped me feel safe at all times. The area has a lot of restaurants and things to do from easy access to the highway to getting on the beach. I would stay at Mr. Soto's unit again if it's available when I return next year. Thank you David Soto for making my stay a success.

Beautiful view!
This condo has a great location on the edge of the very safe hotel area. We walked across the street to the Marriott any time we needed a taxi, there were plenty of restaurants close by and the beach was just a block away. The view was spectacular and the condo was clean and nicely decorated although a bit of a squeeze for more than 2 people just because there wasn't a lot of room for suitcases. Pictures felt accurate. The pool area was very nice too.

I would shop around next time.

I have as of today 28 great and extraordinary reviews, only one bad. The reason for that review is because the guest was upset I didn’t refund him back for 3 nights of the 5 nights that he was supposed to stay.This was because his flight was canceled last minute due to the snow, he arrived 3 days later. I told him that my return policy is clear, specially in high season.

great condo and location
I was very impressed with this condo and its amazing location. No need to rent a car here. You can walk or Uber to almost everything. The view was spectacular and the beach was amazing. The condo was very clean and when I first got there I felt as if I was the first guest that ever stayed. It had a clean, fresh smell and was extremely comfortable. It is located in one of the best buildings in Condado. The owner, David, was very help helpful and informative but never intrusive. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a trip to the area.

Amazing Views!
This Apartment could not be in a better location and the views are amazing from the bedroom and balcony. Beautiful quiet beach directly across the street. The white decor was pleasing as well and I definitely look forward to coming back and staying in this exact location. Thanks David!!

Phenomenal
David's place was amazing! Literally across the street from the beach. A five minute drive from Old San Juan with a lot of great restaurants near it. Definitely recommend it. We definitely would love to stay here again.

Great location and view.
Fifteen minutes from the airport. Secure gated parking and building. It was easy to jump on the highway to get out of San Juan and explore the entire island. There was a great little grocery store, FreshMart, on the same block. Lots of restaurants within a ten minute walk. Beach was a block away. The apartment had beach towels and chairs. The pool at the apartment was great to cool off in after a day of exploring the island. The balcony was great for two people to sit and relax on. There was a fold up bed/cot in the closet along with a futon/couch in the living and a queen bed in the bedroom. Kitchen had everything you need. We didn't want to leave and look forward to our next visit.
