Great location, Good AC. Other than that, nothing special
We decided to stay at this VRBO instead of a hotel to save some money. We were worried about the AC, but that was NOT an issue. This place can get cold! Which was nice because walking the San Juan Hills can be tiring. One surprise on arrival was you can not flush toilet paper due to old pipes and risks of clogging. It isn't unusual for that part of town, but other places had updated pipes and allowed for it. Luckily, there was a trashcan with a seal so it didn't get smelly as expected. The place did not provide any washcloths so I ended up buying a loofa at the market around the corner. There is a mini fridge to keep some basics. Don't plan on cooking anything. There seemed to be debris/dust from the ceiling coming down near the microwave. Considering the savings we made instead of staying at a nicer hotel, I think the value is still there for this place.

Great locale
Nice apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette. It's like a largel hotel room. Located right in the middle of olde San Juan and walking distance to everything. Host is awesome. Always communicated back whenever I asked a question. Quick checkin/out. Beds very comfortable. Not within walking of cruise ships but realistically nothing would be. Take a cab or Uber. Only problem was noise throughout complex.

Loved the check in process although no early access was accommodated. We loved the location indeed. There is no living room but there’s a tv in the loft bedroom. No hot water until last day but worked fine. No hand towels but 2 fluffy towels each was just perfect! Unit was clean and comfortable over all. The clothes dryer was located in a central area but dryer was broken. Lots & lots of steps so elder guests will have issues. Air conditioner wasn’t able to be adjusted but surely will be corrected soon! All in all I would stay again!

You are in the heart of Old San Juan a 5-minute walk almost to anywhere. Everything was as pictured. It was a great space we used the outdoor eating area. The space was large enough for 4 people, but small enough that you can hear everything everyone says in the apartment. You can not hear your neighbors unless you are in the hallway. I thought it was great and would stay here again!
