“The location was great- just a few minutes walk into Tirolo's shops and hiking. The seilbahn (gondola) was just a few minutes walk up the hill. Parking was easily accessible, the hostess was super helpful, and the apartment rented was perfect for our needs- a basic stove/sink/refrigerator, dining area, access to an outdoor patio and garden, and comfortable bed. Tappeti luridi..macchie di cibo e altro sui mobili e servizi igienici ed un divano pieno di peli e sporcizia. Insomma stare lì dentro una vera angoscia. Ho preso un morso di ragno o zecca.. Ho dovuto chiamare la guardia medica di notte. Pessima esperienza. Posso solo dire che lo staff dell 'agenzia...

“The Hotel treats the people staying at the residences like intruders. If you want to use the facilities at the Hotel which it advertises are available to the residences, stay at the hotel. The residences are nice if you just want a place to stay but don't think of it as being at a hotel. Weekly towel changes are ALL they offer. The indoor pool is cold and the SPA if not a hot tub! It is a cold water tub with jets! The manager did apologize for the way we were treated only after looking up...

“Meine Frau wollte Heidi Feeling im Urlaub und hat das auch hier bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt auf ca 1500 Metern, ist sehr groß, hat einen Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick ins Tal, wo wir (bei gutem Wetter) jeden Tag frühstücken. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und man hat hier seine Ruhe und kann direkt aus der Haustür heraus seine Wanderungen starten. Die Hinfahrt erfolgt über eine schmale asphaltierte Straße. Bei Gegenverkehr kann es hier schon eng werden. Von der Unterkunft Man benötigt 15...

“This place is near the heart of Bolzano. Modern, clean, bright and well appointed. My wife and I stayed here and greatly enjoyed our time. Close to restaurants and attractions. Staff were helpful. Room is large and functional. Extremely modern controls. Our room had stunning view of the mountains. There’s also a fantastic gym with new equipment. We definitely stay here again.”
