Little gem with a big but!
This is a lovely little hotel in an ideal position for beach, dining & walking. The manager is ultra helpful. But, and it’s a big but the hotel is opposite a building site!! Work began at 7am & continued through the day - except for siesta. The noise was heard on the beach as well as in the rooms. Our balcony looked onto the site. It’s a great shame - we would return in a heartbeat if the building work was finished!

Hotel is close to the beach, about 20m. Convenient to everything in Lo Pagan. Is a bit dated, however, everything is clean and in good order. Staff are pleasent and helpful. The air con was great, especially as touching on 40C. Can't comment on food as didn't eat in. Would suggest that if can afford book room with a balcony.

A quick stop over whilst property searching.. terrific value for money, very welcoming & helpful guys on reception. Only improvements would be additional chair in room and more comfortable pillows ( a particular point of importance for me personally)

The hotel was ready to close for the winter and tables and chairs were piled up in the foyer. Only a very small reception area was available and the breakfast was in a small basic room at the front of the hotel. The breakfast was less than adequate. The very few members of staff were nice but for the owners it was just a case of taking the extra few pounds they could get from the occasional holiday makers. Where the ratings come from I do not know. Perhaps in the summer the Spanish customers whom they mostly cater for were given a better deal. We would not go back as it worked out very expensively for what we got.

Excellent family run hotel just yards from the beach. No parking but plenty free in the area. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Room was quiet and very clean. Very good and plentiful buffet breakfast. Recommended.

Next to beach!
Excellent budget hotel. Very comfortable family room in which we stayed. Very close to beach and Murcia Airport 15 minutes drive away. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast (only) a bit repetitive each day, but acceptable. Nice Italian restaurant immediately adjacent with excellent menu and service. About 10 minute walk to main centre, which didn't have a lot going on at the time of our visit in April. Highly recommended to budget travellers or those wishing an overnight stopover.
